Hoteller er ren nydelse, afslappende atmosfære og dog dybt professionelt. Der ligger en underliggende tone af eksklusivitet uden at det ødelægger hverken stemning eller evne til at føle sig velkommen. Køkkenet er ren fornøjelse, vi spiste morgenmad og aftensmad i hotellets Vinstube, specielt morgenmaden er et besøg hver. Vi nåede desværre ikke at spise i hotellets toprestaurant, men udfri hvad vi kun se og fornemme er dette måske et af de bedste køkkener i Alsace Hotellets beliggenhed er igen fantastisk oplevelse, med vinmarkerne lokaliseret lige i baghaven.

This is an adorable, luxurious small hotel. The service is excellent. The rooms are exquisitely appointed, although some are small. The village is stunning. The restaurants on site are out of this world.

Local incrível no coração da Alsácia. Um charme de hotel, service excelente, da recepção aos donos do hotel. Todos são muito atenciosos. O restaurante do chef Olivier Nasti é algo a parte, desde o aroma que ele produz ao longo do dia até o sabor e a execução da culinária francesa a sua perfeição!

Very friendly staff and convenient free parking. We came to the area to visit Colmar, and staying here provides a more peaceful vibe.

Fabulous…we stayed 3 days is everything that Chateau Courcelles wasn’t. All the staff were always opleasant, smiling and attentive. All the food was lovely and the 2 Michelin star restaurant was as it should be great food , great service working like clockwork…the owner Mr Nasti and his wife were always around which is nice and sets the high standards they achieve…the historic town of Kaysersberg is well worth a visit..beautiful. Great food , very high standards.

This is a hotel so nice that I would almost defy someone to say anything bad about it. Every thing about the hotel is perfect (except for the poorly functioning room air conditioning) and every touch amazing. This is a miraculously wonderful hotel in an otherwise cute but small town. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about the excellent guest service at Le Chambard. The staff was attentive, caring, and went above and beyond in every way possible. The food - both for breakfast and dinner - was outstanding, and the restaurant team able to accommodate special requests at a moment’s notice. The hotel is centrally located but also very quiet. We slept with the windows open and couldn’t hear anything all night until the birds started chirping in the morning. It was a perfect stay all around, and we hope to be back!
