Old hotel that would need a refresh. Too expensive for this level of quality. Amazing staff though. And that’s really important.

Excellent location, breakfast non-included a little overpriced but I guess that s the price you pay to stay in that location. Spa closed for works, it would be nice to have this information before our stay

We selected this property partly for the spa and convenience to the old walled city. When we arrived, we were informed there was a festival in town that weekend, and had to park at the train station two miles away. No way to drive in or out for the whole stay. Then, we asked to use the spa and the spa was not even open—being refurbished for the month. They should have let us know before we got all the way there. Pretty spot, not sure I’d do it again. The Renaissance folks at the festival were cool though. Glad we left before it was fully underway and the crowds took over.

I was expecting to be charmed by this hotel but was disappointed. The furniture was quite worn, the room was small, and at breakfast the eggs were cold even though I was one of the first to arrive. The breakfast pastries were not fresh, though the goat cheese was excellent. The hotel is very well situated in the upper town and this makes it convenient to visit the attractions there. But I would not return to this particular hotel.

La chambre n’était pas dans l’hôtel mais dans un petit bâtiment isolé sur le côté avec des travaux à 10m. La chambre était chauffé par un clim réversible qui chauffait correctement la pièce mais faisait un bruit épouvantable, difficile de s’endormir la nuit

Leuk dat er een gratis parking is. Heel typisch hotel in oude gebouwen, zeer aangenaam restaurant met vriendelijke bediening. Mooie spa. Ontbijt met lekker vers fruitsappen anders wel basic ontbijt. Een absolute aanrader om de oude stad te verkennen

Had to wait a while to check in as receptionist was busy with another guest. Pillows a bit uncomfortable. But great location and would stay again.

Il y a une tache de chocolat par terre dans la chambre. Il y a seulement les serviettes et baignoire pour une personne, et on avait demandé deuxième, qui n’est pas faite apres une deuxième demande, pas très professionnel.

Nice property in the old town, walkable to train station and sights. Classic style room. TV vey glitchy, which normally wouldn’t matter except I wanted to watch Roland Garros. Really good restaurant!

Petit séjour à Provins pour aller voir le spectacle des rapaces

Les travaux se terminent pour l'heure espace spa privatif et payant. L'accès à une piscine était gratuit et représentait un plus par rapport aux autres hôtels des alentours. Voir si cette stratégie sera payante à l'avenir. En attendant, notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été impeccable. Chambre spacieuse, petit-déjeuner offrant un choix très satisfaisant, restaurant sur place le soir avec une carte très correcte. Si vous restez plusieurs jours, vous pouvez également trouver d'autres restaurants dans la ville basse pour varier les plaisirs.

Tout est propre et calme
