Nice hotel, with helpful staff

Som vanligt allt var bra, därför är jag stammis!

Fixed windows, 37 degrees C in the room, airconditioning out of order … I slept in a lager!!

Great hotel in an excellent location, just a 2 minute walk from the 100 bus stop (to/from Otopeni airport) restaurants and takeaways within easy walking distance. We had a suite which was huge with 2 bathrooms, lovely warm room despite the thick snow outside. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Only stayed one night but would definitely stay again. Value for money was excellent for a city centre hotel.

Péssima experiência com a família. O quarto fucava em um predio anexo no terceiro andar sem elevador e esta informaçãonao cobstava no momentoda reserva. O recepcionista foi apático e insensível. A cama fazia muito ruido. O andar de cima batia o tempo todo. O cafe da manhã nao é bom. O estacionamento fica longe do hotel e você tem que parar na rua e correr para avisar o recepcionista que chegou com o carro. Um insulto completo para hospedar com família.

Very good for the price i paid, clean room was well apointed.

The first thing that hit me walking into the room. Was the overpowering smell of an antiseptic cleaner. Which means they don’t clean. They spray! Also, the man at the reception was very unfriendly and rude. He wasn’t helpful at all. They need to send him to charm school or fire him.

Boa opção de hospedagem em Bucareste. Só não gostei de não ter um local para deixar as bagagens, podia deixar mas ficavam no saguão do hotel. Café de manhã supre as necessidades, quarto e banheiro confortáveis! Perto de estação de metrô, restaurantes e lojas.

Io sono stato in questo hotel svariate volte e se ci sono tornato è perché mi sono sempre trovato benissimo ma questo soggiorno hanno fatto una cosa inaccettabile , il giorno del check out sono uscito alle 8 per una passeggiata e prima di uscire ho comunicato che sarei tornato alle 11:30 per lasciare la stanza e se era possibile lasciare i bagagli in custodia da loro fino alle 16 , mi hanno risposto che non c'era problema , alle 11:30 mi sono recato in hotel e nel richiedere la chiave mi è stato detto che avevano già provveduto a fare il check out prendendo le i miei bagagli in stanza e portarli giù alla reception, stiamo parlando di bagagli ancora da sistemare , inaccettabile , hanno preparato i miei bagagli e tolti dalla stanza senza la mia autorizzazione Premetto che il check out era entro le 12 quindi ero ancora all'interno dell'orario Mi dispiace scrivere ciò ma non ho ricevuto nemmeno delle scuse , anzi il ragazzo che era alla reception mi ha anche chiesto il perché avessi lasciato la chiave , io gli ho risposto che la chiave l'avevo lasciata anche la sera prima ma questo non significa che potete entrare nella mia stanza a prendere i bagagli e farmi il check out prima dell'orario stabilito e senza autorizzazione

Tranquillo, comodo, ben collegato a piedi al centro storico in 10 moniuti di passeggio su strada con negozi e ristoranti

Perfect place

Centrally located, easy access by bus from the airport. Clean.

This Hotel, is a little gem. It's easy to find, and is close to conscience store, metro, buses and taxis. Within easy walk to Old Town. The staff are friendly and helpful, English is fine (for those who may worry), the rooms are basic, but clean and reasonably spacious. The bathroom good size and clean. The breakfast are basic, but plentiful. They cater all types whether you are diabetic, vegan or vegetarian. This little gem is just that, a pleasant gem. And more so if you are only using it to sleep and keep ya things safe.

Good location. There is parking nearby. Good service and excellent price
