My family and I stayed in Barcelona for 4 nights, and this place was super nice! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great! The staff were also extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean areas and friendly staff

Washing machines have built in detergent so saves time. Apartments are very spacious. However, I did have a problem with the microwave, couldnt get it to work even with pressing different buttons because there were no labels explaining how to use. Apartments are very clean too. Very quiet neighbourhood.

Hotel en un lugar estratégicamente accesible y cerca a lugares de interés, excelentes restaurantes cerca. El hotel cuenta con servicio de desayuno tipo bufé muy completo y un costo razonable. Es un pequeño apartamento con equipo por si quieres prepara tu desayuno o alguna comida. El sofá cama es de calidad extraordinaria. El mattress es excelente. La cama de la habitación es espectacular. Todo es moderno y bien cuidado. El personal es atento y siempre disponible. Cerca de La Sagrada Familia, de la zona del puerto olímpico. Para F1 es ideal ya que la estación del Norte para tomar el bus al circuito está a 12 minutos de caminata agradable. Hay una estación del metro a pasos del vestíbulo del hotel.

Nach 8 Jahren haben wir zum 2. Mal bewusst das Naitly gebucht. Die Lage ist für uns perfekt. 20 min zum Srand, 20 min zur Sagrada. Je <10 min zu Metro, Bus und Straßenbahn. Das Hotel ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Es hat sich in den 8 Jahren nichts geändert. Die Zarge der Badtür ist z.B. noch immer aufgequollen. Der Zimmerservice hat.erst am 3.Tag lieblos stattgefunden. Aber wir würden trotzdem wieder buchen. ...die Lage machts.Ins Zimmer kommt man nur über App oder 8-stelligen Zahlencode. Das Frühstück ist super..

This was our 5th stop in our Europe trip. We were happy they offer laundry service at no cost. We were able to wash some clothes as we had one more stop after this. Breakfast was pretty pleasant. They do have a fee for that, but it was good. Our trip was short and sweet. we enjoyed staying here.

Posso dizer que tive uma estadia perfeita em Barcelona. Tudo que o hotel propõe é de qualidade!! Os funcionários são excelentes, todos gentis e cordiais (a Clara do café da manhã é um amor de pessoa e nos tratou super bem, assim como todos os outros funcionários). O café da manhã é bom, a academia também e ainda dispõe de lavanderia gratuita. Definitivamente, eu ficaria novamente neste hotel!

Love the digital check in but looks like there is a gab between Naitly & Expedia, they needed my headshot and passport pic even though I provided that, they language was used in emails asking for this data was like within one hour or …. Now the unit has hair in the floor when I checked in but I was too tired to ask them to clean it next day I asked them to clean I was told the schedule to clean this unit not today. Now the unit has no water (drinking water usually couple of bottles for arrivals) no coffee to brew. The lady at the front desk was very rude, the breakfast was one of the worst ever experienced hence I did not go for breakfast after we tried it once. The 5th floor corridor was dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and very noisy. On the other side the location was great and some of the staff were really friendly except for the lady at the front desk.

Overall, solid. The sewer odor others have discussed is a real thing. It’s more of an issue with the neighborhood than the hotel, I think.

Everything in this hotel was exceptional.

Frühstück war voll ok. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Klimaanlage voll ok. Negativ war: In der Nacht hat man vom Gang sehr laut von den Mitbewohnern die Gespräche wahrgenommen. Der Gang war nicht sauber.

Albergo anonimo, camere appartamento assolutamente da rivedere. Doccia che perde acqua ovunque, nessuna aspirazione, tavoletta del wc rotta! Il divano letto ha un materasso terribile. Meno male che abbiamo utilizzato la camera quelle poche ore solo per lavarci e dormire. Fare hotel non e’ da tutti

Our room was very clean when we arrived, as was the hotel in general. The staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful (brought us more towels when we asked), and we were able to do laundry which was super helpful as we are on a long trip. We also had 4 people in our room and used the pull out bed on the sofa which was actually very comfortable and clean.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, chose que nous avons grandement appréciée. Pour un séjour de 5 jours, le ménage est fait 1 seule fois (tel qu'indiquer dans différents reviews). Buanderie au sous-sol, par contre plusieurs machines qui ne fonctionnaient pas et la sécheuse prend beaucoup de temps à sécher le linge. Les enfants ont bien aimé la salle de jeux! Le staff est super accueillant et nous ont appeler des taxis lorsque nous en avions besoin! L'entrée à l'hôtel et aux chambres se fait avec un code, très pratique!

We stayed there for four days with our family and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer our questions. They even helped arrange a taxi to the airport for us. After we checked out, my husband accidentally left his necklace behind, and the hotel contacted me right away to let me know they had found it, which we really appreciated. The hotel is about 30 minutes walk from the Sagrada Família, and we also felt very safe in the area throughout our stay.
