Perfect location, good customer service

パルマ大聖堂にはちかいが人が少なめな通りで、ご飯屋さんやお店屋さんなどがある街までは少し歩く必要がある。 バスローブがついてる。シャワーは扉が存在しないタイプのもので日本人には慣れない。 部屋は綺麗でおしゃれ。 大通りに出れば空港まで行くバスが出ているので楽。

Hatten Zimmer im Erdgeschoss man merkt einfach an Kleinigkeiten, dass sie einfach zu viele Gäste haben. Fühlte mich nicht willkommen.

Fantastiskt litet hotel med underbara rum. Takterrassen och spa avdelningen är guldkant som vi använde väldigt lite men högsta klass på allt Service, frukost, mat - allt av högsta klass även här. Hyrde cyklar, supersmidigt. Fick restaurang tips, fantastiskt! Gångavstånd till allt. Vi återvände för vår tionde bröllopsdag till Palma och bokade omedvetet samma hotell som när vi gifte oss. Trevlig överraskning och om möjligt ännu bättre denna gången Rekommenderas verkligen!

Sehr zentral in der Altstadt. Mietauto kann 10 Min. Zu Fuß geparkt werden. Mallorca Style.

Högljutt renoveringsarbete störde oerhört mycket. Mycket slammer från köket störde tidigt på morgonen, före kl. 7. I övrigt bra service och bra rum.

No welcome drinks, ants in room, relative clean. No spa available. But very friendly and welcoming staff.

The hotel announces as Spa and it’s not. We asked the attendant and even if they saw the add in our phone they disappeared admitted. Very noisy and the personnel don’t seem to be able to handle the noise.

Amazing boutique hotel in the old town area of Palma. It’s close to the Cathedral of Palma de Mallorca, one of Europe’s most beautiful cathedrals. The Santa Clara is also near to the marina and the best restaurants and shopping on Palma de Mallorca .

This is a wonderful little hotel located on a tiny street in the old town section of Palma. Friendly and informative staff are there for your personal needs. And our room was very spacious with stone walls —- quite unique!

Quiet location in the centre of Palma. Lovely old style suite with sandstone walled interior. Friendly reception staff & barman. Good wi-fi. The cleaning staff were a bit hit & miss - had to go to reception for towels, coffee, etc, but room was very clean. This hotel is very good, but the service inconsistencies need addressing.

Destacar la atención del personal, en particular el camarero que siempre fue muy amable y estuvo preocupado por que no nos faltará de nada. Por lo demás aunque el hotel era bonito es bastante mejorable la limpieza y las instalaciones para ser un 4 estrellas.
