Las instalaciones no se corresponden con el precio. La habitación parece un zulo. No se corresponden las fotos con la realidad El personal muy amable La ubicación muy buena Lo llaman hostel y es una pensión de toda la vida, de las malas Es una pena que no sean sinceros cuando publican las fotos

El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Me alojé el día 06/12/2025 y me parece abusivo que una mini habitación sin ascensor en la tercera planta su precio sea de 180€, literalmente en el baño no se cabía, lo único aceptable la limpieza y la ubicación

Room was clean and staff was great!!

Facil acceso desde el aeropuerto ya que el metro gran via esta cerca al hotel, un detalle a considerar si viajas con maletas grandes o personas con movilidad limitada son las escaleras no cuenta con ascensor, fueron amables al ayudarnos a subir el equipaje y poder resguardarlo al hacerlo check in pero si son varias escaleras para una persona mayor

Súper céntrico, se puede recorrer todo el centro a pie. Me encantó la limpieza, todo impecable. Te guardan las maletas si llegas antes o te vas después del check out. El personal muy amable y atentos.

Perfecta ubicacion

Very well located very close to Gran Via. Staff very friendly and kind, always ready to help. My room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. This can be an issue for some people. Room are not isolated at all. I could hear people in the rooms next to mine, in the stair case, the corridor and people walking over my head. It was not easy to fall asleep,

Çok merkezi bir yerde konumu çok iyi

A dos calles de la Gran Vía, muy buena ubicación para moverse por Madrid caminando o transporte público. La habitación era pequeña pero no necesitamos más pues solo era para descansar después de visitar la ciudad. El baño muy limpio como todo. El precio y la calidad están correcto. Todos las personas que nos atendieron durante la estadía muy amables y de trato muy agradable.

The room was large with a kitchenette and a separate lounge area, was supervised by it size. Is located in a good area with easy access to the metro and walking distance to everything, lots of restaurants. Reception is available 24/7 which was great for those coming early or late. Ability to leave your luggage

Buena propiedad

The room was very clean and comfortable, plenty of hangers and hanging space. The towels were changed every day. The reception staff were were friendly and helpful which was very good seeing as there is no lift and a lot of stairs to lift our heavy suitcase but they were quick to help us up and down and there was a little handwritten note handed to us when we left thanking us for our stay. Another bonus was that they had somewhere to store luggage as we had a late flight. The hotel is centrally situated off the main Gran Via
