Great location and super nice staff

Overall an excellent location. We were just there overnight. We arrived after check in hours and was provided easy details on self check in. There was some issue with the property thinking I had t paid even though I had a receipt through Expedia. They stated they’ve been having issues through Expedia and don’t see the payment. They quickly resolved once I showed them the receipt. My main issue was the air conn wasn't working. Other than that great experience.

Segun Expedia mi precio era 270 euros y en el guest house me querian cobrar mas dinero. Havia muchos mosquitos en la habitación y fue incomodo dormir.

It is centrally located, and the customer service is great before and during the stay. They assisted with transportation and tour bookings. I didn't realize that cars weren't reachable until we traveled there. I contacted the hotel, and detailed information was provided. I may have missed this, but it would be helpful to note this in the description or the reservation. We had early morning flights so it was nice we got breakfast to go.

The stay was ok. We were very unhappy about the beds. They were very very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok. No elevator. Excellent location but hard to find initially.

Beautiful hotel that is walkable to all the top attractions. Staff was extremely helpful in recommending places to eat and transportation.
