Wir waren zum wiederholten Male sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr zu empfehlen.

Very helpful and friendly staff

My room was serviced exactly how I preferred everyday, the corner room gave me privacy I needed as a solo traveler which also made me feel safe (along with key card entry after dark night hours.) The cozy holiday decorations made for a joyous vibe and the complimentary cookies/ mulled wine was a happy bonus :)

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen, sehr individuell und persönlich, sehr schöne Ausstattung, perfekte Lage zur Innenstadt aber auch Bahnhof, sehr sauber, freundlich, köstliches Frühstück. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nice place close to the station and easy for the centre of town and other transport. Ubahn and trams. Good breakfast.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was not included for us, but looked good. Location was fine to get to the sites - Marienplatz. I would recommend this hotel

Staff were absolutely amazing as was the property.

Camera e bagno molto spaziosi, ma bisognosi di un ammodernamento. Considerato il prezzo della camera, la mancanza degli accappatoi, delle creme e altri oggetti utili al soggiorno non è giustificata. La struttura non ha parcheggio ma ce ne sono alcuni non troppo lontani: a noi però non è stato riconosciuto lo sconto presso il Conti Stachus. A due passi dalla stazione, è molto comodo per i trasporti pubblici, però la zona attualmente è sconvolta da una quantità di cantieri stradali. Nelle vie intorno ci sono moltissimi senzatetto.

Tolles, sauberes Hotel. Sehr zentral gelegen, jedoch nicht die schönste Nachbarschaft. Hotel dennoch sehr zu empfehlen für einen Städtetrip! Sehr gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Location was convenient to train station and attractions. Hotel was updated and clean; room was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed amenities in room such as espresso maker and mini fridge stocked with drinks.

The lift was broken which made getting luggage to 4th floor fun.

The Alpen is very conveniently located near the main train station and the old part of Munich. Very helpful staff and clean. Although there wasn't any tea making facilities in the room. You need to book a Superior room to get those, which we only found out on arrival.
