Overall it was a great experience. I would highly recommend it.

This should not be advertised as a hotel room. It's a residence for college student, full of dust, kids and thin mattresses a mile away from the front desk. the staff is remarkable though. They do their best.

Parking attendant was very rude, she told us we were in the wrong lot then followed us to the proper lot and sat there for 20 minutes while I checked in and got the parking discount code to make sure I paid. While checking in the person at the counter tried to charge me a second time for my room as I had already paid online. In the room the toilet seat was falling off the toilet and the kitchen cabinet doors were also all falling off the hinges, the air conditioning was had such a loud squeal that I had to turn it off to sleep. At one point we clogged the toilet and were told to come back in 45 minutes to get the plunger (because apparently the expense of having more than one plunger is too much to bear). Overall not a great experience and wouldn't really recommend it to others.

Rooms very far from the ONLY in the facility. Expedia should not be listing this place as an accommodation.

It was affordable and quite and clean

Everything was as described bt the booking agent. We really enyoed our stay and will definitely look at your premises in the futures

It’s a dormitory

This was a great option to stay at the Algonquin College campus while taking my son for his college tour. Was able to take time to get to know the campus

Thermostat was broken, room was a fair bit away from the reception. Wifi didn’t work for the first few hours

Reasonable price for a roomy two bedroom with kitchenette. That and the location was a plus. Other than the lamp shades being stained, the walls and ceilings showing minor wear and tear spots and scrapes, it was fairly clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider doing so again. The desk attendants were friendly and happy to assist with any issue.

Bon logement dans l'ensemble. Il serait bien d'avoir plus de lumière dans les chambres.

Great rate you pay for what you get

Everything was perfect. I would come back again.

Staying at ‘The Residence’ was convenient and comfortable. It was in close proximity to be Canadian Tire Centre, where the college held its graduation ceremony. As well, it’s walking distance to stores and restaurants. The room itself was two bedrooms with a kitchenette and washroom that had a standup shower. Towels, soap, shampoo, and bed linens were provided. Each room had a double bed, which was comfortable, and clean. Each room also had an open closet where you can hang stuff, and a desk with a bank of drawers where you could put clothes if you choose. The kitchenette had a full size fridge, microwave, and sink. No kitchen supplies, plates, cups, cutlery, etc. was provided. So pack your paper plates, napkins, and anything else you think you will need! There is no living room or TV, but it was not necessary for our stay. For those staying more than one night, you may want to bring your tablet and download a couple movies. ;-) Wi-Fi is also available here. Our only complaint is the parking situation. Though it was close, there was no designated wheelchair accessible parking (which we required). And it was a distance to carry all of our luggage. It’s not typical for your usual hotel, though I recognize this is not a “hotel”. All in all, it was a good experience! I’d recommend it for families of students, or anyone who has business in the local area.

Floor was sticky when we entered very poor mattress slept on floor for two consecutive nights no lights in the room just had a lamp dishwasher soap was missing in the kitchen.
