We had to extend our stay twice, and the front desk staff were very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed, allowing us to stay in the same room, all friction free. Kudos especially to Anna Nicole for being delightful and efficient, both very much appreciated.

Parking is the only problem, you have to park till away from the property

Great place, it was the only one in the area that a family of 3 was able to stay in one room ~ our room was like a dorm with two bedrooms and a kitchenette, which was nice to have a little space from kiddo for the night. Staff was really helpful when we had questions, and had a list of food places when we asked for suggestions, so that was really great since we weren't familiar with the area! The room was clean and comfortable, and had 2 pillows per bed.

The room was extremely clean and spacious. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who needs a more affordable accommodation in the Hamilton area. There’s nothing more we could have asked for!

Clean, quiet, secure, ample parking. No range to even reheat a coffee, but a fridge and microwave. So by and large, very good deal.

Wick check in but parking is long way away in spite of plenty of parking outside the front door. Shower curtain too short and no couch and tv only gets few channels with no news or sports.
