Pre-reserved a handicap accessible room. The room had a tub that was impossible for me to get into. Since we were on our last leg home I didn’t make an issue of it. Otherwise everything else was great.

I liked that a Tesla Supercharging Station was within walking distance from the hotel and that the Police Department was located in the Kingsland Welcome Center right there!

Was just here for a quick stay overnight. Hotel was comfortable and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Front desk person is very nice

The room had a very musty smell and the water was very sulfur smelling.

Staff was super helpful and it was the perfect one night stop. The pool is not heated but that did not stop my 4 year old from having a little swim lol. Hot tub was hotttt- in a good way.

Most of the property was fine except a bad smell in the bathroom due to poor venting.

While the staff were all very kind and helpful, the hotel itself was not very clean and there were many repairs needed throughout the property. Our room had a very weird smell and there was quite a bit of hair in our bathroom and shower. The breakfast was good.
