desk lady working 4 20 2025 nite shift was amazing she fixed the tv that was wired wrong professional and out going and very friendly . i think you should clone her and put her in all your hotels .

Very clean

The pool and hot tub was nice. Not a fan of having it in full view of front check-in lobby. The continental breakfast was far less than we expected. The fruits looked wilted, and not fresh. Did not offer much of a selection for other breakfast foods. The rooms were clean but small. We paid for a deluxe room with a balcony, but had no access to the balcony. The door could not be unlocked. Definitely not deluxe.

We gave you four stars only because the breakfast was scarce. Otherwise all was good.

The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs.

It’s convenient for me. Rundown with water stains on the ceiling. Limited breakfast. Exercise room is cramped and dingy.

It was a great spot to spend the night. The hot tub and pool area were a welcome break during a chilly winter. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I would stay again.

I like my vacation at that hotel but the breakfast is poor, don’t have options.

Great place to stay if you want to stay at a daycare. Kids playing hockey in the halls, so many kids breakfast was hopeless, brats. Pool was off limit cause there was a gazillion kids in it. Don’t sleep in a downstairs room and you will need heavy duty earplugs because you can literally hear people taking a crap in the rooms around you.

We had an incredible stay. We were able to relax eno6 the pool play on the playset etc... The staff were also very friendly abd made sure everything was nice and clean.

Very warm welcoming staff quite environment very convenient location great area for shopping.
