The front desk staff is very pleasant to work with, making my wife feel very welcomed. The morning breakfast was very inviting and had many tasty options.

Hotel muito perto da estação onde se apanha o trem para o aeroporto e na praça santa maria novella (muito bonita e com bom ambiente). Moderno,bonito , confortável e lipo.

The hotel location is just perfect, close to the main station and right in the heart of historical town. Its easy to walk everywhere. My room was small and the shower was ridiculously small. I am not big but I struggled in the shower. Just double check this bit before you book. Otherwise, everything is fantastic

Incrível, mais do um um hotel, uma experiência. Decoração muito original, extravagante no ponto. Tudo novo e limpo. Vista para a praça, vale super . Cafe da manhã muito bom, varieda de paes, frutas, etc, enfim, nada falta. Atendimento perfeito. Amei.

This hotel looks understated from the outside, but it is hyper modern and luxurious on the inside. The rooms and bathrooms are ridiculously small - they should probably post a weight and/or size restriction! In fact, if you are a larger person, you would be better served staying somewhere else. My partner and I loved it. The small room and bathroom had everything one could imagine: a 4 piece bathroom (incl. bidet); and a bedroom with a double bed, desk, chair, closet with a safe, etc. The hotel provided bottled drinking water every day. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of continental style choices, coffee made to order, hot foods (scrambled eggs & meat), etc. The WiFi was good. The area around the hotel is great for travelers. A walk to the main station took less than 15 minutes. Walking to most major attractions is possible within 20-30 minutes. The area around the hotel boasts dozens of restaurants, pubs, and shops. A very good hotel in a very nice location, despite the small rooms and bathrooms.

LOVED this hotel, a few minutes from the Termini rail station AND the shuttle to the airport. You can walk to all the sights, tons of shops and restaurants for all budgets. GREAT breakfast, friendly staff ; check-out is not until Noon, which helps. We got ourselves a spacious room looking at the plaza, with all amenities. Double-pane windows keep out the noise. Great mattress and room was cleaned every day. We hope to be back soon!! It was just such a nice experience.

incrível, uma bela surpresa. Excelente café da manhã, ótima localização, atendentes cordiais e atenciosos. Quarto amplo e limpo com uma linda vista para a catedral em frente ao hotel. Quando voltar pra Florença, terei o maior prazer em reservar essa propriedade novamente.
