Our stay was excellent! Perfect location comfortable room great shower. The best part was the awesome front desk staff! So helpful and knowledgeable and nice. 200% customer service. We'll be back!

Great location spacious room

I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again! It was very centrally located and it was an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. They arranged the car service for me to and from the airport and it went very smoothly. Breakfast was just down the street at another hotel and it was fabulous! Breakfast was very fancy with tons of options (they even had prosecco and crème brûlée at breakfast). The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions.

This property location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean tidy and spacious and the breakfast was outstanding. We could not have picked a better place to stay and would highly recommend it.

Pedí a la señorita de recepción prepararme un desayuno por check out temprano, que ellos me habían ofrecido; pero al retirarme lo solicité, y pues no me considero en su registro. Entonces no tuve desayuno. Algo más que me quiero quejar es que en la entrada que está en una calle lateral a la principal que es estrecha, sucia y muy oscura, hay muchos vagos escandalizando toda la noche y no dejan dormir! Estás personas están apropiadas de esa área para enganchar gente para bares, fiesta y excesos y terminan escandalizando con gritos y música a todo volumen que ponen en carros que ahí estacionan, las habitaciones están ubicadas con ventanas a esa calle, volviéndose imposible dormir!

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Colazione da 5 stelle. Posizione fantastica. Unico aspetto negativo: abbiamo rispettato le consuete indicazioni riguardo agli asciugamani (non desideravamo che venissero cambiati per un soggiorno di sole 3 notti), eppure sono stati sostituiti ogni giorno, pur essendo appesi e non per terra. Per questo il voto è basso per l'ecosostenibilità, molto alto per tutto il resto.

Just the location .

Great location and comfortable bed with a brilliant shower. Breakfast was amazing but sadly a little walk to another hotel for it. Wooden blinds in the room let sunlight in from 4am which made sleep difficult. Staff tried to be helpful and get us eye masks but it didn’t materialise so they sent us to a nearby shop to buy our own. We were a little disappointed in that

Awesome location! Great breakfast!

This hotel has an excellent location—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The only downside was the room temperature. The air conditioning wasn’t very effective, so the room felt quite warm during our stay. It made sleeping a bit uncomfortable, especially on hotter days. Overall, a great spot with warm hospitality, but the cooling system could use some improvement.
