The staff was very friendly and took the trouble to show us to our room. The place was clean and well equipped. Good location and near to most places of interest in Christchurch. Spacious parking area. A comfortable place to stay for a family.

Great location, nice and central. Walking distance to various food/dining places. Nice room with a jetted spa bath. Had everything we needed for our stay. Exceptional host. Very welcoming. Provided us with lots of info about nearby eateries etc. What really stood out was he kindly gave us a ride to the Bus Exchange @ 8am on a Sunday morning so we could catch a bus to take us to Round the Bays event. Definitely went above & beyond in making our stay great. Much appreciated.

Our stay was the best. Great host friendly, helpful and kind. Everything was perfect for the price. Location to city walkable. It was a great stay x 6 nights. Sunny spots to enjoy, spacious room. Had a fantastic stay for our wedding anniversary

We can see why this property has such high reviews. The owner Ricki went above and beyond. The place itself was immaculate, clean, tidy and has all you need for a short stay. It was quiet despite being on a busy road - we had one of the best sleeps recently. Check in and check out very easy.

A little dated but very clean and owner was a wealth of information. Easy walk to city and attractions. Kitchen utensils and crockery great for making a meal.

the unit we stayed in had broken lino and rotten flooring in the kitchen the couch and chairs so worn out the light switch in the bathroom was broken...the whole unit needed upgrading

Lovely place & its walkable to the city centre of Christchurch. Met the husband running this place. He is super delightful & very helpful by advising us the places of interest. Would definitely recommend to friends and families to stay here.

Great and wonderful owner. He seems so kind and take care of us very well. He has upgraded my room booked upstairs to downstairs. It looks vey convenient for us the elders and I feel like home so happy and so warm. I will recommend this lodge to my friends if they want to stay in Christchurch.

Warmly welcomed. Clean. Tidy. Peaceful. Easy walk to handy supermarket, into CBD and to park/Botanic Gardens. Third time I’ve stayed there and will happily stay there again.

Good location close to the CBD. Property was very clean and the staff were helpful and accommodating. 10 out of 10 for friendliness. A little dated, but spacious and good value for money.
