Very nice room clean and spacious. The breakfast was also good with lots of choice and constant refills on the buffet. One issue we had was with the lifts, only two were working which meant there was a queue to use the lifts. Overall a modern well designed hotel good for couples and families with free cookies 🙂

We stay here often - fabulous location & close to all important (to us!) amenities. Great vibe in the locality.

Very close to Railway station so we did get noise of the trains. Lovely views of the canal, friendly staff lovely food. I noticed that the outside heaters were all on despite no people present could they be on a timer that peolpe could press? Second time we have visited both times we came by train just take the exit gate near platfrom 17.

Excellent canal-side location, all staff courteous and efficient, everywhere looked so clean and tidy and my bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in! The only negative was that I couldn't turn the shower on but, had I stayed longer than one night and reported it, I'm sure it would have been rectified.

Super cool location. Close access to city centre. Right on the Liverpool -Leeds Canal which is a lovely walk. The rooftop cocktail bar is great. Bars and restaurants close by. Overall Perfect!

Myself and my wife had a great stay at the DoubleTree. We were staying following our wedding and the staff did everything they could to make our time there special. The hotel itself is great, the room was clean and well presented and the sky lounge is a must visit. Hotel in a great location as well, absolutely recommend to anyone!

Lovely comforting stay

Sleepless night due to a party on the 13th floor that kept me awake on the 8th floor!

Nice room, good breakfast, rightly priced

Hotel is in an excellent location. Only a couple minutes walk from the central train station and the city centre. Staff were polite, welcoming and always available. Room was very spacious for two, and the decor was great. Had tea, coffee and water (and a cookie) complementary.

Really lovely hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Great breakfast too, plenty of things to choose from. My only complaint is the pillows. They're just so flat making them quite uncomfortable to sleep on.
