La hanitacion impecable, excelente ubicacion, el personal del front desk muy amables y muy pendientes muy serviciales, hubo un señor no se si era botones o de seguridad que me regaño por abrir una puerta, tambien los del restaurante muy amables como en casa.

Ils avait des toiles et araignée un peu partout. Nous avons demander pour 2 oreillers dextra puisqu'ils etait tres minces mais nous n'avons jamais eu. Le lit était tres tres dure et inconfortables.

Not worth it for the price. If this hotel was located in a less desirable area of Lima it would probably cost no more than 20 soles for a room. Rooms are very small with basic bed.

Personnel accueillant, emplacement pratique à proximité du parc Kennedy. La chambre, bien que propre, mériterait une rénovation compte tenu du tarif.

Everything was good...

Stay somewhere else. This is the worst place we stayed in Peru. Our room was dirty when we arrived like it had never been cleaned. There was dust and dirt everywhere: under the beds, along the baseboards, on the lampshades. The room itself wasn't in good condition. The paint was cracking, and the baseboards were scratched. The beds were hard, and the bedding wasn't very soft. The sink faucet wasn't working right and sprayed water everywhere. The room did have A/C which was nice. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

overall the service was great , this was my second time i choose this hotel to stay because my previous experience was wonderful.

O hotel é confortável e bem localizado. Um detalhe acolhedor é o chá disponível na recepção, perfeito para os dias frios. No café da manhã, a seleção poderia ser mais atrativa, mas a máquina de grelhar pão faz toda a diferença.

Aqui no ap dizia que tinha estacionamento . Mas o estacionamento não é no hotel, fica no prédio da gente e é pago a parte .

I really enjoyed the front desk service. unfortunatelt as far as hygiene the elevator had stains and like dripped fluids in the bottom. the drawers in the room had stains and left over dust and ashes, the remote for the AC doesnt work in the room 504. When adviced about the battery (seemed to me like that was he issue) i was told it couldnt be battery and i could change rooms. Its an OK hotel, rooms have space, service was friendly, its quiet.

The blanket is old and not clean. The shower water slowly drains and leaks to the floor outside the shower. Quite a bit noisy.

El hotel se ve más bonito en las fotos pero en la realidad es muuuy sencillo, las habitaciones están bien pero son sencillas al igual que el desayuno. Para un par de noches no estuvo mal.
