The property was close to south pier, very clean with a fantastic breakfast. Definitely will return in the future.

Everywhere was spotless, lovely breakfast and plenty of it. Chris even moved his car so we could park right outside the property. Would certainly return Chas and Jim

Great welcome from Chris. Everything explained. Breakfast great and served perfectly on time with friendly hosting from Nancy. Good sized, clean and functional rooms. All in all a great stay with very hospitable owners. Also, very close to the pleasure beach and South Pier so great location.

Just the right amount of food for breakfast, good choice nice to have something to fill in for breakfast. Cereals, full cooked breakfast, help your self to bread to toast. Bedroom very cosy free wifi. Zero traffic noise.

A very lovely hotel, very clean, amazing service from the owners, could not fault anything i was so pleased.

We stayed for 3 nights as we was going to Lytham Festival and it was the perfect little stay. The hosts were very friendly, went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable for your stay. The breakfast was top notch and they would recommend restaurants in the area if you were looking for something different to eat later on in the day. The rooms are a good size all with ensuite. The rooms are cleaned everyday and are always stocked up with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. There was parking on the front but you have to have a pass for but they will supply you with one. If you can't park on front they have additional parking at the back of the property. Overall we can't find fault with this property or the lovely owners Chris and Nancy. We will be back at some point in the future and this will definitely be our first place to go.

We had a warm welcome from Chris. Check-in was easy. The room was extremely clean, along with the rest of the hotel. The way Chris & Nancy do the breakfast is excellent. You have a sheet you fill in and everything is cooked fresh and on the table in no time. also the quality of the breakfast, is Superb. We will definitely be go back on our next vivist to Blackpool.

Had a really great 4 night stay at Branston Lodge (Room 7), Chris and Nancy were the best hosts we have experienced while staying in various locations in Blackpool. Nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay special, excellent local knowledge. The breakfast was all you could want, perfect, well presented and local produce which is always great. Great stay, very welcoming hosts and excellent value for money

A lovely stay, the hosts were both very welcoming and friendly. Very well situated for the Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Would definitely use again.

Great stay clean tidy and nice breakfast.

Chris the owner was so lovely, he greated me on arrival. (He even offered me early check in the day before via text) He explained everything and asked for my breakfast preferences, I explained that I am a vegetarian and he offered cooked vegetarian alternatives. The breakfasts both morning were cooked fresh with a pot of tea and cool orange juice. I finished the plate both mornings. 10/10. Chris carried my suitcase to the room and showed me my room. It was perfect as it was just me. I had a cosy single room and even the T.V was a smart television. (Not that I spent too much time watching television) The bed was so comfy. The lodge was a couple minutes walk from south pier and local amenaties. Chris offered me late check out on Friday as I informed him my train had been cancelled. I will definitely stay here again. 10/10.

Stayed at this b&b for the wkend and omg it was absolutely perfect. Chris and Nancy are so welcoming. Nothing was to much trouble for them. The room was lovely the food was great could literally have as much breakfast as u wanted. I would defo give them 10/10 on everything. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. We will definitely go back and recommend.
