Everything was great apart from the shower gel had run out previously & had not been replaced. Then the best evening coming back despite putting the right hanger on the door, the room was not cleaned or touched after the first night. So no clean towels or shower gel. Reception was helpful & found the room had not been touched - wasn’t the only room - they apologised & got me towels & shower gel but did state some of the cleaning staff were lazy. Everything else was good - the food was excellent & well priced too. Shame you have to pay parking for such a large car park.

Stayed here several times now and it’s always fine.

Aged. No air conditioning, so not comfy during the recent hot spell. £5 parking fee per night; disregard any reviews saying there is free parking. Value for money is OK I guess.

Séjour CATASTROPHIQUE!!! FUYEZ!!! La chambre un vrai four, une chaleur atroce que même leur mini ventilateur ne sert à rien! Fenêtre fermée donc on reste dans la chaleur. Porte de douche cassée, lavabo bouché, indique WI-FI alors pas de WI-FI (nous nous sommes renseigné auprès des autres client il n'a jamais eu de WI-FI donc l'histoire de la panne complétement faux). On demande un remboursement la réceptioniste nous confirme un remboursement pour les autres nuits car nous sommes partis le lendemain matin vu l'atrocité de cette chambre, je dois passer par Hotel.com pour le remboursement. Une semaine pour reussir a joindre RAMADA hotel et a ma grande déception aura remboursement accordé alors que la réceptionniste a bien confirmé que ce sera le cas. Ce n'est pas un hotel mais un motel. Gardez votre argent, prenez un autre hotel celui est vraiment a fuir... Accueil 0.. Service Client.. 0 Très déçue.. Plus JAMAIS!!!!

Excellent friendly staff, but property is older service station hotel with some remodel work done on lobby. Rooms are tired and have no AC (but windows catch a lot of sun). Fans were provided. Checkin was problematic with Expedia "3 beds" not translating to their booking system. This took an hour to sort out, but they did so.

Bedding was clean, but that’s all I could really comment on, wasn’t able to sleep as people were running up and down the corridor and banging on doors or the door throughout the night

There was plenty of parking. Hotel is in need of a refurb. I wouldn't say the room was dirty, but it could definitely have been cleaner especially the bathroom. Breakfast was good.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The mattress was terrible, hardly got any sleep, the springs dug in any time I moved. The kettle was disgusting, the room was roasting but there was no air con. Tried to open the windows for fresh air (room also smelt like someone had been sick), there were restrictors on the windows, so hardly any air could get in or out. Went to have a cool shower because of the heat - the water options were hot or hotter, no cold water during the evening (thankfully there was cold water in the morning). The room had loads of poorly repaired damage. The hotel was generally dirty, walking down the stairs and every rung was filthy. If it wasn’t so late, I would have left and gone somewhere else. I almost stayed the night before as which would have been £110 - very glad a didn’t. I think the general manager should be ashamed of themselves. Awful place.

Property needs some updates. No air conditioning was a surprise.

The bath room was not very clean only one bath towel for a coupe staying Staff were not particularly helpful especially as the Wi-Fi was not working and unable to say when it was likely to come on Parking was ok but you get charged for the privilege Breakfast looked under cooked with limited choices only one coffee machine The rooms were very hot in the heatwave no cooling except a small fan which we not much use No USB points in the rooms tv limited channels

It was a good stay. The room was clean, staff were helpful and made sure my room was ready and clean. There's lots of parking but you have to pay for it. There's no air conditioner, especially during this hot season, but a fan is supplied.

The guy on the front desk was polite/helpful enough but clearly having a bad day; could clearly hear from reception an argument on the phone. The rooms are ‘fine’ reflects in the price really. The rooms were very hot and stuffy but they did make sure a fan was provided for each room.

Staff were great, hotel is dated though and could do with renovations throughout. That being said everything works and was fine for the two nights I visited 👌

I write this having not paid a huge fee for adults including breakfast abd i have factored this into my review. Most of the issues noted were around poor finish and maintenance. We had a plug facia hanging off the wall, carpets that didnt quite reach the wall and showed the previous carpet underneath. A lack of AC in tooms during a heatwave gave tou either the option to be really hot or have a noisy nught with the huge fans they provided (which were helpful). I get the impression that Ramada had taken over this premise rather than design it as it didnt meet the typical Ramada Standards. That said for a cheap stay on transit elsewhere it was not bad and i did not complain. The breakfast was decent and good selection of options

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Big rooms with load of space.

This hotel has absolutely no air conditioning, which in the heatwave made the room unbearable. Checked back out within 20 mins of being there.

The room and bathroom were not cleaned properly, the hotel looks outdated and worn, and we couldn't sleep well as someone kept opening and shutting the door all through the night and it was so loud, it shocked us awake.

Great staff at check in. Not super experienced but really helpful. It was very very hot day and went out of his way to find a great fan for the room. Tried to buy him a drink at the bar but he said no it was his job. It’s a basic travel hotel nothing fancy and a reasonable price.
