This hotel is perfect for Derby's nightlife literally a roly poly away from the bars and clubs

Staff were lovely and always very welcoming and friendly but the room was not very nice at all. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the road noise into the room made it very difficult to sleep. The carpets in the room felt very aged which were quite stained as well as the ironing board being dirty which made me hesitant to use it.

Convenient for Derby city centre bars, music venues and restaurants. Helpful staff, good service and well kept pint from the bar.

The staff are wonderful which made our stay. Thank you to you all.

We had a terrific room overlooking this city and the downtown was a short walk away.

Room basic but fine. Windows filthy but didn’t affect stay. Sink didn’t empty - minor point but certainly makes cleaners job harder!!

Contacted hotel to ask about blue badge parking before arriving to be told they recommend a car park approx 5 minute walk away. On arrival a huge sign saying FREE blue badge parking in their own car park. Extremely unhelpful

Once again the hotel met our needs but yet again there was no onsite parking available. The staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel was clean & warm but hairdryer functioned poorly.

Large bedroom but dated and needs a revamp. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park is small and lot more expensive that the nearby public ones.

The gym was pretty basic but better than nothing . Dumbells upto 25kg. Two treadmills and a couple of stationary bikes. Also a couple of weight machines. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was cold and late.

Hotel bars, restaurants, reception were well maintained and modern. Bedrooms a little out dated and worn.
