Water pressure in shower was low, draining water was terrible, bedroom was good living room was good and clean, front desk agents were not too friendly took a bit to acknowledge guests in from of them have to pull words out of them and they were about 4 to 5 of them

Muy agradable y de fácil acceso, bonito, comida rica, buena atención. Lo único que no me gusto es su poca iluminación en las habitaciones y no hay estacionamiento.

The staff were great, breakfast was limited in choice, the pool was warm, older hotel, street noise on roadside of property started early and was loud, was stuck in elevator for over 10 minutes & staff wasn’t trained to alarm sound so no-one came to help, happened to another person a few days earlier, owners said it was fine but manager did make an amends to our stay, AC froze & stopped working, had to move rooms & when louvers taken off to see about repair, it was full of mold. My sister almost got shocked when an outlet blew in her room & sparks flew out of it, & she also ended up with a scorpion in her room as staff kept leaving her window opened after cleaning it. I know it was reasonably priced but you get what you pay for. Won’t go back and it was hotter/really humid as not on ocean side so no breeze. Found a better priced & selection breakfast place right around the corner. Huatulco is a gem but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful authentic Mexican style hotel. Staff was friendly, the whole place was clean and very well taken care of. Can't wait to stay there again next trip

We loved our stay at Villa Blanca!! We met life long friends, the vibe was incredible and the staff above par. The location was so convenient to walk and the pool was very enjoyable. Breakfast was the absolute cherry on top. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Very nice place to stay at, beds were a little hard but it was fine, nice warm pool but the staff was incredible! Very friendly and loved to talk to the guests!

We spent 10 night here. The location is fantastic, filled with many Canadians that we enjoyed getting to know. The pool is quiet and so relaxing. It could use a good scrub. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious, good AC. Bed is a little too hard for my liking. My only real complaint is the restaurant. Over priced and really not very tasty. People rave about the breakfast, we had a much different experience. My daughter loved the 2 cats who live on the property. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

This was a lovely hotel. The morning breakfast was very good with a lot of options. Very close to everything. I wiuld stay again

No me gusto el servicio. Tuve que pedir dos extras de todo ya que mi estancia era para 4 personas nunca lo entendieron. La regadera salia un hilo de agua. Pero en fin. Las instalaciones bonitas y en buen lugar para vistar las diferentes playas o bahías.

The hotel was ok. We didn’t get the room pictured when we booked online; while it had the correct number of beds, the one we had was much smaller and we wouldn’t have paid what we did for the room we ended up getting (vs the one online). Things were clean but definitely older. The big negative for us stems from being told at our check in that breakfast was included in our stay but after we had breakfast this morning, we were told it wasn’t included. The shady bit was it was literally the same woman who checked us in who told us it was included who was insisting this morning she never said it. It’s just breakfast; we would have paid for it (and we ended up doing so) but it’s crappy to tell customers it’s included then pull a fast one back and insist it was never said. There were four of us in our party and we all heard her say it. It was the dishonesty on her part that left a super negative impression on us.
