What makes me ANGRY is the fact parking doesn’t come with the room!! Seems like if they rent out their establishment they would make sure parking is part of the fee!! But guess what rich not enough for the rich man!! Then I had to turn around and pay 26.00 per night to park at the hotel I rented from!! Some people only have just enough!!

The staff so friendly and amicable. I would love to come back and stay at this hotel!!

Clean smell as we entered the check in area and a safe area to walk surrounding the property! Many food options within walking distance. Staff was so hospitable!

The hotel staff and other guess was friendly . It was clean comfortable and quiet . Pool was clean and family friendly. The stove, microwave, refrigerator, the full size sink and the dishes were very accommodating! The only thing is I was not told there would be a $25 per night parking fee until after I was charged which made me feel misinformed other than that loved my stay here.

Great and easy check in. Even called to check on me after my check in to make sure everything was fine in the room.

I did not like the $25.00 per night parking fee. Also the 3 or 4 handicapp parking spots are taken up by, I believe hotel employees. No transport from hotel to UAB and no one to assist handicapped persons. If your handicapped and needed any of the above amenities stay at the Hilton across the road from the Residence Inn downtown at UAB. Also don’t expect a discount for UAB.

The room was nicely updated with modern design details. The bed was really comfortable. Lovely to sleep in.The downstairs lounge was also stylishly updated. Lots of windows to let in natural light.

Stayed at the property for one week. The property was excellent with the exception of the laundry facilities. The washer and dryer were dated and had brown worn stains in the washer drum the trash had not been emptied, and it smelled the rooms were clean. The bedding was clean. The staff was great however they do charge for parking.

Spacios rooms, workers are welcoming and always available to help.

I just stayed there for 3 nights, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was nice. Clean rooms, I recommend it here!
