Check in was friendly and quick but when we got to the room there was someone already occupying it and it was a mess. So very concerning that the front desk gave us keys to a room that someone else was in. Although they were apologetic, if I was the occupant of the room or if I was by myself I would have been very uncomfortable knowing someone was able to walk into my room

I was absolutely disgusted by how dirty the floor of my hotel was as well as the desk chair. Both were severely stained with what I can only assume was blood and other things. I did not even sit on the desk chair!! I travel quite a bit, and I have always tried to use Holiday Inn, but I will be considering a different hotel the next time that I travel. There is no excuse for that chair to be in the room or that floor to be so stained that I never wanted to walk around without my shoes on.

Saw a concert at Newport Theater and stayed here. It was perfect. Especially if you're on the 1st floor by the pool. They have tables and chairs set up behind those room on an extend d patio. The staff was all very nice and so was the room.

Nice area and very comfortable room. The elevator was the most sketchy part.

The bed was way too high for me. I could not get into the bed. I needed help to get into the bed. An open can of coke was in the fridge.

Not very clean, $12 to park in the parking lot

The room was very clean and comfortable. A lot of variety in the breakfast buffet.The staff at the front desk was very accommodating from fixing a glitch in the bill to bringing me a hair dryer in minutes after I called to let them know our room's hairdryer was missing. Overall, a very pleasant stay

The service was excellent!

Staff is very friendly. Hotel has a great location. Not too far from downtown but far enough to avoid a lot of congestion. Room was nice. Only issue, closet door was hard to slide. I had a poolside room, loved being able to open the door to the outside seating.

Large room with comfortable beds. Breakfast is ok. Not very flavorful or hot. Large selection

Great spot to stay around the German Village. Comfortable bed and very clean room! Breakfast bar was also quite good.

Because they charged more than the agreed upon price my credit card was blocked. It was quite a hassle to get it unblocked.

The breakfast was excellent.

Parking lot is a bit small

Great place to stay for a weekend. Super clean, friendly staff. Be prepared to pay for parking, but less than $10 per day.

Hotel was very convenient for a concert at Nationwide. Friendly staff and very clean. Rooms were large with good amenities. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic.
