Nice room. Toilet ran. I am not a dog fan and would choose a different hotel that is less pet friendly. A big dog on a leash and a great dane trying to push its way out the door was too much for me.

Staff where amazing and very kind, room was very clean

The room itself was good but just small nitpicky stuff like furniture working but being physically damaged, the lights in the bathroom taking a few seconds to come on, the wifi not working etc. Other then those things my partner and I enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great…except the shower…lots of hot water from the sink….not so from the shower. Everything else was wonderful

The hotel was clean, and the staff were very nice. The pool area was good. The hotel is showing its age though, so the room was pricey for what it was.

Our first room had an exterior door that did not seal, snow and wind blew into our room all night. Staff did move us to another room the next day however could not provide another discount or compensation. The extra bedding for the pull out sofa was inadequate and the blankets were old and rough. The pool was very dirty and poorly maintained. We were eventually refunded our money.

Very comfortable clean hotel. Both hotel management and expedia personnel let us leave a day early as my wife did not feel well so we needed to get home early. Would recommend this hotel to others

Our stay was amazing - the pool was great. Only problem was the water slide. It had a build up of ice inside the part that goes outside and it cut everyone’s backs up.

Friendly staff. Leaky vent due to snow storm. Staff moved us immediately to room of equal value on different floor. Thank you.
