Lovely hotel with good access to old town. Single room expensive for the very compact room and bathroom but was very modern and nicely appointed. 20 min flat walk to rail station, bit far with a head wind and heavy luggage. No lift, steep stairs but staff help with luggage.

EZ klein, aber sehr fein. Absolut freundliches Personal. Zentral gelegen, ruhig, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Kann ich empfehlen.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were the best. I had breakfast there everyday and it was very enjoyable. The rooms were kept in a very clean state. I was highly delighted with this hotel.

Det enda man möjligen kunde klaga på är avsaknaden av hiss och att de inte hade vegetariskt alternativ på frukost. Men jag är säkert tillbaka på samma hotell igen för det var toppen med rejäla utrymmen, badkar och bra service.

Rummet var väldigt fint, stort och trevligt. Bemötandet av personalen var väldigt trevligt och vi fick ställa väskorna i receptionen vid ankomst kl.12 fram till incheckningen kl.15. När vi kom in i rummet möttes vi av en otrevlig avloppslukt som visade sig komma från badrummet och blev värre under vår vistelse trots försök att spola vatten i alla vattenlås för att bli av med lukten. Det var även väldigt kallt i rummet och trots att de två elementen ökades till max, tog det väldigt lång tid att värma upp det stora etagerummet till acceptabel temperatur. Inga filtar fanns heller.

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen. Jaja, die Faulheit. Dieses Mal möchte ich dies dennoch tun, da ich mich sehr über das Hotel geärgert habe. Ich fange aber dennoch mit dem guten an. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und auch für die Preisklasse ganz okay. Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein. Hier habe ich im Bad das ein oder andere Haar von vorherigen Gästen gefunden. Was mich aber am meisten gestört hat ist folgendes: Mir ist bei der Buchung ein Fehler passiert. Ich habe mich in der Woche verklickt. Leider einen nicht erstattungsfähigen Tarif gebucht. Als ich ankam, wurde mir das gleich unter die Nase gerieben. Da ich spät angekommen bin, habe ich dennoch in dem Hotel ein Zimmer (abseits von Hotel.com) gebucht. Manche werden jetzt sagen: "selbst schuld". Es war einfach spät und wir wollten uns nach langer Fahrt ausruhen. Ich habe dann versucht über Kulanz und Irrtum über hotels.com die Reservierung zu stornieren. Hotels.com hat sich sehr bemüht, das Hotel blieb jedoch hart. Was ist denn das für ein kundenorientiertes Verhalten? Es ist dem Hotel schließlich kein Schaden entstanden. Ich war ja wirklich dort und habe bezahlt. Wahrscheinlich ist eine direkte Buchung von den Konditionen sowieso besser als über eine Plattform. Sehr kleinlich. Für mich steht fest: Obwohl ich in die nächsten Monaten monatlich in Lübeck übernachten werde; definitiv nicht in diesem Hotel.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr nettes Personal, nur parken war schwierig bzw. teuer.

I didn't like this hotel, although I will be objective and note that the hotel is newly refurbished and the staff was friendly and made an effort. The single room is really tiny, it's only possible to sleep there, and even that is uncomfortable. It was unpleasant that my room wasn't cleaned, not even the trash was taken out. It turns out that the room is only cleaned if you hang a sign on the door. On the second day, I saw this sign hidden behind the door. But if that’s your tradition, you should have informed me of it at check-in. However, the worst thing is that the only type of blanket in the hotel is a heavy down duvet. On a hot day, when it’s 25°C outside and 19°C at night, it caused me a sleepless night. When I asked for a summer blanket, I was told there were none. This ruined my impression of the hotel.

Really nice stay. Location was excellent and there is parking nearby. Receptionist was extremely informative, sweet and helpful, and she spoke excellent English. Breakfast was ok, a little of everything. Room was big and spacious. Loved the detail on the bathroom with women’s hygiene products 👍👍👍 the street we had window down too, was quiet I will recommend and definitely be back.

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage. Freundlicher Empfang, geräumiges Zimmer mit großzügigem Badezimmer. Gute Erreichbarkeit aller Sehenswürdigkeiten in Lübeck. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
