Staff are friendly, housekeeping was poor. Concierge and front desk excellent. The hotel must be built over the metro. The building sways, creeks and groans like an earthquake every day.

Friendly and helpful staffs. But the hotel is aged with lots of amenities outdated. The suite room is not well equipped and would not recommend for future guests.

Overall I would have given more stars but they “upgraded” me to a suite for being a vip hotels.com customer without telling me they were renovating much of the rest of the floor all week. So, I had a very strong paint and vinyl smell coming into my room some of the days that made me feel nauseous. I asked the front desk staff about it and rather than trying to understand they simply offered excuses. Sometimes as a customer all we need is to know they will try to help out in some way but I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously.

Great staff. Very professional and polite. Attentive when I had a question and efficient.

Toco una habitación en segundo piso, no había ni una sola ventana y el baño no tenía tampoco ventilación. La habitación estaba bien, limpia, personal amable, pagamos por el desayuno y estuvo ok, tiendas cercanas y buena zona para caminar.

Faltaron conexiones de luz y las que había no servían. El espacio de la habitación está excelente. La cama bastante dura y la televisión no se podía ver nada de canales y no era smart, por lo que no se podía hacer relativamente nada
