Excelente calidad y servicio

Habitaciones limpias y todas sus áreas se sentían muy limpias y frescas . Me gustaron sus amenidades gimnasio pequeño pero funcional y limpio lo mismo opino del sauna . Alberca con agua caliente Ubicación céntrica Personal muy amable excepto por una Recepccionista del medio día al igual que unos de seguridad prepotentes del mismo turno todos los demás muy amables

No funcionaba el teléfono de la habitación y al día siguiente el servicio al cuarto quisieron hacerlo como a las 6-7 de la tarde. No me hace feliz. Pero en general es un muy buen lugar para pasa un fin de semana en cdmx

We did not try the breakfast as I am not a fan of buffet style food. The room was a bit chilly with the air but stuffy without. We got a second blanket and it was fine.

El hotel es muy cómodo y seguro, las habitaciones son limpias y solo la alberca deben de darle los tratamientos químicos adecuados por lo demás todo está bien

Se encuentra en un buen lugar como muchas opciones cerca, el check in me parecio algo tardado y el check out a las 12 no me parece conveniente. La alberca deberían de abrirla mas temprano

Solo 2 detallitos, le falta presión a la llave del lavamanos y el elevador se satura mucho, su pusieran el otro en función estaría excelente!

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and like always all the staff is very friendly and are available to help or answer any questions. The room, places to eat and walkable to near attractions. Everything excellent!

Limpieza y tranquilidad

La propiedad estuvo bien solo que la tv nunca funciono y se desconpuso la caja de seguridad

Terrible lugar, al personal no le puede importar menos resolver cualquier situación.

Hotel in the red light district. Still safe. There is a fountain that says purified water. It's NOT. Ended up with sickness from that water fountain.
