Very clean, a great and friendly staff

The city centre is very noisy at weekends and this noise permeates into the hotel but nevertheless we love it. A quiet oasis most of the time, very beautiful hotel, very courteous and helpful staff, lovely breakfast. And of course Granada offers many delights.

There was problem with the bed but the main issue the frontdesk staff is not helpful at all.
