It took a bit of time to get ahold of the hotel as we needed to let them know of a late check in. They did not get any of the messages via the hotels.com messaging service so had to dig their number out and call them ourselves We checked in after hours and were offered a late check out for a fee which seemed ridiculous as we used the hotel for approx 8-9 hours. It would have been nice to have this fee waved seeing as we didnt check in til well after midnight.

Au telephone, on me dit que pour une arrivee a lavance, je devrai payer 50$ au comptoir. Au comptoir, je mentionne que je veuz payer 50$ pour mon arrivee a lavance. On ne me dit rien et on me charge, a mon insu 100$ !!

The Air Conditioner did not work. Had two separate service calls to my room. the last one was at 11pm. The filter to the ac/heating system that the staff member pull out was disgusting. It was filthy. Looks like it wasn't changed for years. The maintenance and front desk staff were great. I was there for such a short time. Most of it with the heat stuck at 77 degrees. Very frustrated that I did not receive some sort of discount.

Easy check in, beautiful room. The hotel restaurant is fantastic, and you're in the airport terminal. Can't beat it.

Hotel was excellent ONCE we found it. Absolutely no signage after baggage collection. Then a up and down with elevators to finally reach reception. Not a happy arrival at all.

The Bijou restaurant was amazing. The room is fantastic and the staff so gracious. Too vad just a one night stopover.

Fabulous stay when an early flight, just have to walk to the airline counter, no going out, no worry for being stuck in trafic
