Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was exceptional. The breakfast is extraordinary. The evening dining experience is the best we have had in Brazil. Staff try to exceed your expectations with every interaction. Great location.

The staff is amazing and the room very comfortable. Breakfast service excellent. The on-site evening restaurant (Sete Ais) is fantastic.

Escolhemos o melhor quarto, estava muito bom, confortável. A única questão é que falta pressão na água, então para tomar banho e encher a banheira é um pouco mais difícil, mas nada que implique na boa experiência que tivemos!

Staff were incredible as was the hotel breakfast. Stunning set of buildings and great location. Some minor facilities could be inproved, but overall an amazing stay.

Excente atendimento e instalações, porém, no domingo, falha no serviço de camareira, café da manhã menos caprichado e sem "mimos" como abertura da cama e bombons

Funcionários maravilhosos e cordiais. Estacionamento gratuito e amplo. Hotel muito bem localizado. Café da manhã bom. O banheiro merece reforma, além do chuveiro ser fraco. A tv do quarto é muito pequena, nao consegui ver um filme legendado de tão pequena. O hotel no geral é muito bom mas por ser 5 estrelas e pelo preço que cobram precisa de um refinamento em todos os aspectos.

Lugar incrível, cheiroso, com uma acolhida ímpar, um lugar harmonioso no meio do caos do movimento…desde o chekin até o checkout, o atendimento é impecável. Segunda vez que vim e sempre que vier a Florianópolis, com certeza será meu lugar para ficar. Lugar de paz e tranquilidade.
