Café da manhã depende de cardápio. O Buffett é limitado. Sempre lotado e filas. Hotel é muito bem localizado, mas é um corredor de turistas e a portaria é tumultuada por gente circulando , tirando fotos. Há um único sofá na portaria que sempre ocupado por turistas. Os quartos são antigos, sempre limpos, carpetes velhos mas sem mofo, desgastados . Sem USB e datado na tecnologia. Tem até fax. Internet ruim. Não é hoje uma opção de glamour , mas continua sendo luxo. Perto da calçada famosa. E perto da rua de vitrines sensacional de Xangai. Melhor localização da cidade.

全体暗いすぎ、高い宿泊費用を払って、私に当たられた部屋は低層4階でした。今後二度利用しないと決定。

すべてにおいて素晴らしかったです。 立地条件・サービス・朝食 特に朝食は最高でした！ オーダーバイキングで色々な種類を注文する事ができます。 機会があればまた宿泊したいです。

I asked the staff to check-in at 12:00 in advance and they accepted it. However they could not do that and the explanation about that was not enough. The room had a nice river view. Though the room was so noisy because of the next room's family chatting.

Great Hotel, nite, the service, the room, the food, the garden next to the breakfast buffet, just I one some members don’t speak English very well.

Our stay at The Peninsula Shanghai was truly outstanding. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better — right on The Bund, with easy access to the city’s main attractions and incredible skyline views. The room was enormous, elegant, and exceptionally comfortable, perfectly blending classic style with modern luxury. Every detail — from the bedding to the technology — was thoughtfully designed to make our stay effortless and relaxing. The facilities throughout the hotel are superb, from the lobby to the spa and restaurants, maintaining the high standards you’d expect from The Peninsula brand. But what made our experience truly memorable was the outstanding service from Leo at the Concierge desk. He went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed help, with genuine kindness and professionalism. Leo’s attention and care made a real difference and reflected the warm, personalized hospitality that defines The Peninsula. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly — a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service.

Fantastic stay as the last time, will try to stay longer next time. Excellent service and taste for decoration. We liked also the gift shop.
