L’équipement de cuisine déficient. Plusieurs items manquants par rapport à la liste fournie. Il serait bon de spécifier quel’on peut accéder au stationnement avant de s’enregistrer, comme nous l’a mentionné la réceptionniste à notre arrivée après lui avoir fait part de la difficulté à se garer pour aller à la réception.

Todo muy bien, lo unico es que solo estuve 2 noches y no se limpió la habitación no sé si así se maneje pero prefiero que todos los dias hagan limpieza

Excellent séjour. La piscine a été un plus avec cette chaleur. De plus la situation de l'hôtel proche de labgare et du centre est top.

We arrived and couldn’t safely get out and when we pulled over and blocked traffic the closed parking garage door would not open and the property sent instructions much later than arrival. We chose this property because parking was available and could not access, had to pay for another accommodation. Very unhappy and weary traveler. We asked for a refund and the hotel refused to make any exception even without us ever gaining access to the room.

Wonderful! Pleasant stay, very nice location (10 min walking from Toulouse Matabiau) and awesome staff. Special thanks to Mustafá for all the help he provide to me during the stay.

Very nice hotel with a pool

Good central location, large rooms and clean surfaces. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. The bad: Noisy at night, uncomfortable beds and difficult to sleep, no oven in the kitchen.

Wonderful apartment style hotel room in a boutique hotel style building. Location is walking distance from Matbaiu train station as well as many local attractions. Comfy bed and lovely patio. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Great stay in Toulouse.

가족이나 친구들이 머무르며 식사도 해 먹을 수 있는 곳이다. 역앞길이지만 숙소는 안으로 들어있어 조용ㅅ냈고 중심가도 도보로 5~10분거리다.

Hadde et fint opphold. Store og fine leiligheter med fine fasiliteter. Ligger sentralt i Toulouse. Hadde bestilt fleksible hotellrom med mulighet til å endre bestilling frem til innsjekking for selskapet mitt. Vi ønsket å forkorte flere av oppholdene og dette var en overraskende komplisert prosess. En av overnattingene ble også en natt lengre enn den skulle selv etter endring. Det ene rommet fikk vi ikke endret, om vi ikke avbestilte og bestilte på nytt. På grunn av risiko for å miste rommet helt (som vi var avhengig av) så måtte vi bare beholde bestillingen slik det var.

Bien placé, surface parfaite et accueil chaleureux.

Établissement de standing au cœur de Toulouse. Accueil professionnel et check in rapide. Grande chambre avec un balcon trés agréable, salle de bain fonctionnelle dans un état impeccable. Buffet du petit déjeuner était trés complet. L'établissement a une belle piscine extérieure et un sauna. Parfait pour se relaxer en fin de journée.

Bel établissement mais la communication est à revoir. J’ai pris 2 petits-déjeuner pour un séjour de 2 nuitées, mais le 2ème jour, pas eu le temps de le prendre. J’ai demandé un remboursement qui m’a été catégoriquement refusé. Dommage pour la fidélisation de la clientèle…

We liked the easy check-in and proximity to the train station. The hotel was clean and modern. We had everything we needed for a one night stay.

Everything went well but never got the free drinks like it said on my reservation

The property is clean, however the kitchen utensils are old and does not seem clean, but I did not have to use them so It was not an issue for me. The person at the front desk is really nice, he helps us check in and call a cab for us to leave for the airport.
