excellent séjour, tres bon accueil, emplacement idéal

Great location. Clean, quiet, nice. We had a 2 room suite, our only recommendation is to put a mirror somewhere outside the restroom since it is to be used by many persons. The entry hall is big and empty, a mirror and shelf would be useful. Also, the restroom has a very very strong lighting, all turned on at once, and one is directly in the mirror, for some persons that is very uncomfortable to the eyes. Separated illumination is necessary to have different light options.

Recepción muy amables, apartamento grande y bien equipado. Quizás la calefacción debería poder calentar un par de grados más, pero en general, un sitio al que volveríamos.

Stayed here several times, great location, because it is in a courtyard it's so quiet, whilst being close to everything. Staff are helpful everywhere is clean. The rooms are well equipped, perfect for those staying more than an night or 2, with the option of catering for yourself.

Security exceeds our expectations, as guests have to ask the reception to open the front door via the speaker before checking in, and to beep the room cards before entering the hotel after checking in. Room is large, cosy and clean overall. However, one of the two TVs cannot receive signals, and there's leftovers by previous guests in the fridge-freezer. It's nice to swim in the swimming pool, and it'll be better if the adjacent jacuzzi works. Overall speaking, booking a room with kitchenette with less than €100 is value for money.

Great location in the heart of Toulouse. Very comfortable stay.

Air conditioning was turned off. TV system was not working. Room was nice size and comfortable. Gym is way too small and cramped.

Close to train station and central to old town area. Room was hot since had already turned on the heat and no ac available. Otherwise quiet and clean.

Le personnel est toujours professionnel et très agréable. Seul souci, les petits déjeuners qui ne sont pas à la hauteur. Mon 1er matin, j’ai dû aller dans un autre établissement car leur employé ne s’est pas présenté. 2eme jour, pas de jus d’orange pressée car l’appareil en panne.

Great location and lovely rooms but most importantly the people we're lovely and very helpful. We arrived very late and the man who helped us to our room and get the baby cot set up made us feel really welcome as did all of the lovely staff over the week who came to clean our room or gave us directions etc of places to visit! Highly recommend and thank you to the lovely team!

Excellent first time we’ve used an apart hotel and would definitely recommend it. Great facilities car parking on site, always a must in cities, the staff were great very obliging and the breakfast selection set us up for the day. Toulouse is a fantastic destination most impressed.

Muy bonito hotel y muy céntrico. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas y equipadas con todo lo necesario. Cama y almohadas cómodas y el sofá cama muy amplio y también cómodo. El hotel es moderno y está muy bien cuidado. Por poner un pero, la piscina lo único que estaba un poco sucia a última hora de la tarde.
