Great place, front desk was easy check in and super friendly

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was modern and well equipped. 24 hour coffee and tea area was well stocked with a variety of coffee creamers and teas and much appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I booked a room for 5 people and was told the total was 550 for the room for the 4 nights stay including breakfast and hotel facilities. When i checked out i checked my bank account and was charge extra for having up 5 people stay in the room and had payed 810 dollars. When i asked about why i was overcharged they kept giving me a work around and excuse after excuse. They also were doing construction on the 3rd floor so we would always smell the paint fumes. Wasnt all bad but still watch for the over charges!

Clean property, nice pool, The room was clean and smelled pleasant. Doreen was a Great check in host and checked in often to see how things are going. The beds are not so comfortable after a few hours of laying on.

Had to get rooms in a pinch, the desk lady was awesomely friendly, place is clean, great breakfast spread, and fresh cookies and fresh coffee at 8 at night. They're in the middle of a remodel so there's some stuff around for that, but no big intrusion. Like to see the mattresses replaced, but wouldn't keep me from staying again

Nice place, unfortunately i was working nights and the fire alarm went off so no sleep for me. Having coffee and tea available at all times is nice and they put out fresh cookies in the evening too, very nice touch. The breakfast has a decent variety.

3 mornings, 3 cold showers

There was NO HOT WATER, renovations were being done. Only a sign posted at the front desk, none of the staff addressed the issue. I did not complete my stay at the Hampton Inn

We were told upon check in that there was no hot water and it would not be fixed until Monday

No hot water in bathroom, i was a paying customers

Bed was comfortable. Would not stay here again. I know the hotel is being renovated but it does lack basic comfort. There is only 1 chair in the room. No refrigerator. Not worth the almost $200/night.

Property under construction but good customer service.

I wish I would have been informed it was under construction and being renovated. Thought price vs value was very over priced. The temporary meeting room / breakfast room was filthy - the elevators were filthy - dog pissed at the elevators 1st and next morning. The evening front desk immediately cleaned it up. The morning desk let it sit there for 2 hours waiting for the housekeepers to handle. Way over priced.

The hotel is under construction and it was not safe to walk around the hotel. The dining area was closed so there was no place to dine. The bathroom was filthy, there was trash under the bed staff was not friendly.

I liked it all.

They did not have the rom specified and made me sleep in my car
