Ok hotel. Breakfast plenty of but could have been cooked better

Nice clean hotel with attentive friendly staff. Only downside was when I went for food on the evening. The one member of staff was that busy doing the bar and kitchen that I ended up going elsewhere for food.

Very quiet. Good to stay in the middle of the long journey

Very basic holiday inn. Poor girl in reception was working hard between the bar, reception desk and reissuing room keys upstairs- clearly understaffed. Room was clean and bed comfy.

Comfortable stay as always with this chain. Travelled with partner and our dog who was, and is always made to feel welcome with this chain of hotels. Some of the breakfast options a little dry and over cooked and some of the space could do with a deep clean other than that no concerns and would 100%stay again and recommend to others

10/10 check in was quick and easy. The guy that dealt with us was very polite! The bed is probably the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in! Plenty of parking.

Food menu was poor.

Excellent customer service

Reception staff were great but the room wasn’t the best. Lots of light coming from around and under the door so I had to block it up with towels, breakfast was warm not hot and had to ask for forks and then spoons so not the best stay.

Exactly what we needed for an excellent price

Stood at reception and ignored by two members of staff on arrival. Should least have said my colleague will be with you shortly, or just something to acknowledge my existence….

The manager who checked us in was not at all pleasant or friendly. The hotel was full of rowdy ‘guests’ which one assumes is not the fault of the hotel. The breakfast staff worked amazingly hard and were very pleasant whilst doing their jobs well

Great size room. Comfy bed with choice of pillows. Hairdryer. Tea/coffee facilities. Bar downstairs. Easy parking.

Would definitely recommend this hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay!

Had an adapted room very good facilities Only thing mattress too soft. But otherwise first class. Receptionist was a breath of fresh air
