The check in was easy (since I used the app they sent) and the staff was super friendly. However we asked and were priced for a room for 3. The room size was smaller than usual with 2 additional beds stuffed in. There was no room to even move around and the place looked like a store room. It was one night, so we endured. The restaurant is very nice with and priced well.

El servicio del personal muy bueno, en especial en el restaurante de un senor que creo que se llama Micheal. Lo negativo es que no hay nada cerca de este hotel, y queda lejos del aeropuerto, realmente fue una mala seleccion de mi parte.

Viemos para 1 noite para somente pernoite, teoricamente perto do aeroporto de Barajas mas achamos longe do aeroporto... Não sei dizer quão acessível é para pessoas indo para turismo. O quarto era ótimo, muito bem montado, espaçoso. O café da manhã (não estava incluído na nossa hospedagem) era bom. A máquina de café (uma delas) estava estragada então a fila estava grande pois o hotel estava cheio. Uma dica para quem for se hospedar: converse na recepção pelo menos no dia anterior que vai querer tomar o café da manhã porque ganha-se um desconto no valor.

Todo perfecto y muy buen desayuno

My stay at the hotel was overall okay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful whenever I had questions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, which made things convenient. That said, there are a couple of small improvements that could make the experience better. Having a microwave in the room would be really helpful, especially for guests staying multiple nights or bringing back leftovers. An iron would also be a useful addition for those who need to keep their clothes looking neat during their stay. Overall, it was a decent experience, and with a few added amenities, it could be even more comfortable.

The staff were FANTASTIC! Rooms were super clean. I didn’t manage to use the gym unfortunately due to my schedule. Fact is though, for the price we paid, we knew we had hit the jackpot. Excellent place!

Clean room

Hôtel avec de grandes chambres, propre et bien équipé. Point négatif à part le restaurant de l’hôtel il n’y a pas de restaurant le soir à proximité. Et pour finir pour un hôtel de ce standing, la salle de sport est minuscule avec uniquement 3 appareils ( un tapis de course, un vélo et un elliptique ainsi que 4 jeux d’haltères) un investissement est nécessaire.

Great service! Great people and wonderful hotel

La habitación estaba muy bien y limpia, pero el desayuno no nos gustó estaba frío y muy poco, al comunicarlo a los camareros estaban como molestos solo desayunamos un solo dia al día siguiente aunq estaba pago no quisimos desayunar.

Personal muy amable.

La habitación perfecta y el entorno tranquilo. Se puede aparcar en los alrededores.
