No complaints. Lovely hotel and staff are always accommodating. A regular stay when we visit Niagara

They always go above and beyond. I ordered up a cot the day before I needed it, and when we returned to the hotel in that evening, it was there.

Was a great place to stay for the price. The rooms are very clean.

Room is clean, staff very kind, good conditions overall.

Parking at my door was great

Julie T welcomed us at the front desk. Parking was very easy. Room was nice. Heat was very good. Only con was water in the shower while hot was at very low pressure.

We stayed for one night. I had read all the reviews and was not disappointed. The room was spacious and clean. The views were lovely and close to everything we needed I’ll definitely be staying again when I’m in the area Even offered some morning snacks before we hit the road

Great place great value! Super awesome water pressure in the shower. Love all the plants in the lobby.

Venue was choosen for proximity to event being held elsewhere.

Clean rooms ,reasonable pay

Every time we stay, it has always been exceptional. Truly-

Everything was excellent! I particularly appreciated the high standard of cleanliness.

Convenient location. Smaller motel with easy access to rooms. stayed in clean room with newly renovated bathroom. Only issue was the noise from neighbouring units....showering and voices when load.

All was great at this motel except for the noise from the water pipes when someone was having a shower etc in a room on either side of us. Other than that perfect. But I would suggest fixing that as it’s quite loud.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was ready by 3 pm, just as promised. Wifi worked well, cable TV had many live major network channels to choose from (not Roku). Beds firm, but comfortable. Many toiletry products, room safe and lots of clean towels. Chuck's Roadhouse, McDonald's and Jack Astors within walking distance. Great rest stop, one minute from the QEW.

Pleasant and clean room. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely br coming back!

Heating worked well and I had no issues parking each night.

It was a large clean room. . Firm mattress. Friendly and helpful staff.
