Whole place immaculate, spotless. No complaints whatsoever!

Great room, service and location. Highly recommended.

Tons of stairs ( so. It great for people with big bags or mobility issues), but fabulous location and nicely decorated hotel and rooms. Our room was TINY. Bed was minuscule. If you’re staying longer than a night— you might want to consider a larger room.

Average. Good location. Given room 3 next to all air con units for the building which makes the room vibrate. We asked to change rooms. From the reaction of staff this seems like something that often happens. Told that all rooms were fully booked. Looking on line this wasn't the case. After another conversation we were moved to a nice room on the top floor. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Excellent accommodation- very clean with super comfortable beds. Short walk to Marylebone High Street. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Rent rum, vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Allmän trevlig miljö! Bra placering, nära till mycket.

Meget venligt personale, som sørgede for tidlig check in. Værelset lille men virkelig hyggeligt og meget rent. Daglig vand, kaffe, the og kiks. Dejlig morgenmad med god kaffe og lækker avokado-æg toast. Eneste minus var støj fra tilstødende værelse, hvor dør imellem ikke var lydtæt. Havde første to nætter ved siden af gæster, som gik i byen til om natten og larmede, da de kom hjem. Alt var godt, da de rykkede ud.

If you enjoy privacy and being left to your own devices, this is a great little hotel. Good location, quiet neighborhood, comfy beds. If you enjoy a more service-minded experience, I would steer clear. The employees didn’t look up when we entered or left, didn’t say hi or good morning, and the guy who checked us in and carried our bags upstairs (no lift!) seemed to genuinely hate his job. The property itself is nice, but old.

Requested a room on a high floor with lots of natural light and received the complete opposite in the basement

Very small hotel (but charming in its own right). Decent location tucked in a quiet neighborhood. 10 min walk to multiple tube lines. Staff is very sparse at this very small boutique hotel, more like a B&B. However, no WiFi for the duration of the stay, and initially no mention of this from the staff. Attitude about WiFi was basically, "yeah, sorry", with no information provided about alternatives. If you were here on business, it would have been a major problem, and for overseas travelers who cannot always count on decent mobile service, it was a major inconvenience.

Really nice hotel and brilliant location for close to Wembley and only a few minutes walk to Marylebone station great stay would recommend.

Hotel is in a great location. Close to public transportation and very walkable to popular areas and restaurants.

とても清潔で綺麗なホテルでした ただ、建物が古いせいか床が斜めになっていたり、軋んだりしました。泊まる上では全く問題ないです。 ホテルの場所もセルフリッジまで徒歩圏内だったり、交通機関もあって良かったです。
