The property has a terrible parking lot that is difficult to maneuver to start off with. Check-in went fine, but we needed a crib for our infant and the lady who checked us in literally looked at me with a what is a crib face. I had to actually explain it to her for her to only tell me they did not, even though the website said they did. It was the reason we chose this place, because our normal hotel was completely booked. Once in the room it looked good and normal, however the bathroom was not so great. The toilet and door are too close to each other and you literally scrape the door on the toilet to close the door, so the door has scrapes and chunks missing. Then the drywall by the tub was completely falling off the wall from water damage. The caulking and grout was cracking and falling due to the same issue. It was a mixed bag with this place. Get terrible this to good that. Normally a best Western is good, but I would not stay again at this specific hotel.

Room was very clean. Bed was very uncomfortable and walls were paper thin. You cpuld hear everything. Breakfast was hot and kept well stocked.

There is almost no sound proofing. We could hear the staff before 6am and our upstairs neighbors every time they walked around or used the shower/toilet.

Came in at midnight, had a delayed flight. Very nice staff. Very comfortable room. Clean. Good breakfast

Good stay for the price.

We had switched our reservation with Expedia and had a confirmation on our phone. The clerk kept trying to tell us we did not have a reservation for that night. We finally had her call the manager and they got it straightened out. The breakfast was excellent as with most Best Western hotels.

I loved my stay. The room was very clean and everything worked. Clean bed sheets, working A/C, hot water in the bathroom, and plenty of lights. The staff was very friendly and nice. The food selection was very typical but very good. Location was very great with a close proximity of the highway and to downtown Wichita.

AC and shower didn’t work in first room second one had a broken closet door kept swinging open and a broken toilet seat.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. Plus side - The ladies that checked me in and out were pleasant and friendly. The room was clean, mostly quiet. Room service visited on the first day and, when they refreshed my towels, saw my make up on the counter and left a makeup remover towelette in the fold of the new hand towel. I thought that was a nice touch. Minus side - There was a 3-inch gap under the door that allowed all the noise of the hallway into the room. I had to put a towel under the door to alleviate some of it. The fact that there was a 3/4-inch gap around the rest of the door, I couldn't do anything about. Negative - on my second evening, there were people using the indoor pool on the ground level and a kid was screeching for at least 30 minutes. I could here her in my room on the 3rd floor. When I went out to dinner, I stopped by the front desk to let the desk clerk know the kid could be heard on the 3rd floor. His response was 'yes, i can hear them'. I said so could I on the 3rd floor. He said, 'well, they'll be getting out soon'. I realize it was only about 8 o'clock in the evening but i had been trying to rest after a busy day before going to dinner. I should have known not to expect better from a hotel that shares a parking lot with the Motel 6.

It was clean. The pool was great. The beds very comfy. The big bathroom.

Front desk clerk was a little rude at check in. Lots of noise from highway and from the plumbing in other rooms. Room itself was clean and comfortable and updated. Location was great for on and off the expressway. Close to restaurants and stores.

The hotel listed a pool but never did they say pool was undergoing maintenence. My son looked forward to this so much.

Check in was great. But about 4 in the morning there was quite abit of noise coming from the lobby area or the breakfast area. It sounded like young people hanging out. It woke me up and I wasnt able to get back to sleep. I had a 9 hr drive ahead of me so I really could have used the extra couple of hours sleep. This went on until about 5:00.
