어수선한 호텔주변과 낡은 방 등

자주 이용하는데 객실이 점점더 지저분 지는 것 같고 객실내 공기 및 위생 상태가 좋지않아 알러지 반응이 나타납니다.

직원은 친절했는데 커튼에서 담배냄새가 났어요 ~담배냄새나는 커튼은 즉각 빨면 좋겠어요

客室は清潔に保たれていて気持ち良く過ごすことができました。 サウナは扉の下から冷たい空気が入ってくるので、足元の温度が高くならず少し物足りなかったのが、残念。

It was my first time staying in Jeju City. Customer service was excellent.

Really bad odors of mildew and stains on the carpets. Stay away as far as possible.

The hotel itself was good. Parking at the hotel was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was extremely hot as they turned off the air. We slept with the window opened but it only opens a tiny bit.

Rooms smelled of cigarettes, the only restaurant I saw open was the buffet for breakfast and the sports bar which was completely empty both nights I checked, didn’t feel clean for a 5 star hotel

どのスタッフも非常に丁寧に対応してくれました。 ただ、日本語がわかるスタッフが少なく、英語もそんなに得意ではないかたもいましたので⭐︎4つです。

If the breakfast was free, I was charged for it. Not impressed. Otherwise, the hotel in general is good, clean, convenient to shops and walking distance from the pick up point for any day tour. It’s also quiet at night time.

The staff were very professional, polite and attentive. The room was clean, modern and I liked the small touches which showed that they were thoughtfully designed. For example, every power point/socket is catered to any type of plug so you don't need an adaptor! The location was perfect, right in the middle of a lively hub and we wished we stayed at this place a few more nights.
