Lovely room in great hotel.Spa was really good.

Most of the staff seemed like they wasn’t happy to be there but all in all a really good stay and amazing spa facilities!

The property and facilities are excellent as is the location. The food and service is very slow and very expensive. Breakfast is extremely good, evening meals less so.

One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in. It was an old house turned into a really cool hotel. The neighborhood was amazing like the feel of a country side

We loved everything about it

We had a room that felt like it was away from everyone and was huge. We loved the free gin and tonic and use of the spa. Yhe dpa itself was glorious.The bathroom was great and the shower was brilliant. The beds were comfy and all the amenities were fantatstic. Staff were friendly ans helpful. We have stayed at harbour hotels before and are trying a different place next time.

Everything was just great. We slso booked another room for family visiting and the staff were very accomodating. And where else would you get a spot of gin in a decanter in your room.

We met family at the hotel and made use of the pool, dining, and bar. Everything was just fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good. There were also a couple of pubs nearby that were typical.

Lovely hotel, fab staff, all was lovely and even got an upgrade! Very comfortable room. Great spa area, was lovely to sit in the hot tub outside in the sunshine. Nice swimming pool. Perfect location on Richmond Hill next to the park. Was my second time staying with Harbour Hotels, will definitely be back!

We’ve stayed here three times in under three months—it’s our go-to place to relax. The only thing missing is a little recognition for returning guests. A small gesture to acknowledge that would make it feel even more special. Also cleaning could be a bit more thorough.

Lovely hotel, comfortable, good breakfast. Gorgeous spa and pool. Parking very expensive for 1 night!! Which was very disappointing when we left.

De meeste mensen van het personeel waren super vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Ook heel lekker gegeten. Heel ruime badkamer. Niets te kort. Het sofabed waar de dochter in sliep in onze kamer lag wel iets minder comfortabel.
