Great hotel next to the airport. Lots of restaurants close by (5min drive). Room was clean and spacious. My kids enjoyed the pool. The guy that checked me in didn’t make me feel welcomed. I felt like I was assessed when I walked in wearing shorts and a T shirt. I was driving all day and was just staying there night prior to a flight. The guy also didn’t give me my VIP perk upon check in. Overall I highly recommend this hotel but I suggest they provide some refresher hospitality training to the folks that greet you when you arrive.

The whole experience was really amazing. However, our bathtub was not clean when we arrived the room. the bathtub was still wet and we found a long curly hair.

The property was nice with easy walking distances to the night market, but wish the check in time was a little earlier than 4pm.

Staff were wonderful!! Beautiful hotel , but not much to see or dine at in the area…. You would need a vehicle to get to a lot of places. Especially to get to the mall

Front desk is # 1 service n friendly people. They will try to help you anyway they could. 5 stars service.

I stayed here for the first time about a week ago, and I just have to say how impressed I was—especially with the two Asian women at the front desk. They were so pleasant and helpful. The check-in was super friendly and supportive, and even when I caused a bit of a hiccup with a mistake on my end, they handled it kindly and professionally. I came back to stay again this week, and once again, the hospitality and service were outstanding. And it wasn’t only the front desk; the shuttle driver and restaurant staff were fantastic as well. In the mornings, there’s complimentary Starbucks coffee and other drinks by the lobby, and in the afternoons they offer delicious cookies. My wife and I have totally fallen in love with this hotel. She says this is the only place she wants to stay whenever we’re in Vancouver, and I completely agree. I know I might sound like someone planted by the hotel to write a glowing review, but I promise we’re just genuinely big fans. Without a doubt, it’s literally the most comfortable hotel we’ve ever stayed. We’ll definitely keep coming back and absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone we know.

This was a nice hotel for our family traveling through Vancouver after our cruise. The transportation to and from the airport was great!

The property was new, clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We ate at The Apron for dinner and it was very good! There was not much to do in the area; as we primarily stayed here to be next to the airport for an early flight.

Loved our stay! Perfect location for attending the Richmond Night Market!

Good place for a quick weekend getaway. Train station is right outside the property making it convenient to travel.

Quick overnight stay catching a flight in the morning, close to some good restaurants, nice little bar attached to the hotel was nice. Beautiful property as expected from the Westin
