Constantly looking for my keys and medicine. I have a guest room. And I keep deactivating my keys in guest. Where are my meds and pain pills. I stopped taking them so good luck to you all. I have Rhapo, don’t touch anything of mine. You all made me sick.

They didn’t keep the reservation. And we didn’t have any place to stay

Great staff and service

The room was comfortable. I wished there was a pad & pen, lol. The staff was exceptional, especially Jasmine and Drew at the front desk. The location was great, easy access to everything. I felt safe, very good with multiple key only entrances. Overall, a lovely stay

Rooms were very clean, the staff was extremely friendly. The only thing I would change would be the continental breakfast. The eggs were tasteless and there was no bacon.

The hotel was right next to the airport which helped with our very early morning flight. We were placed in a room right next to the elevators and that made the room a bit noisy.

Room was not available when we came to check-in. Placed in a room for disabled people with chair in the middle of shower.

We arrived around 6 pm. Check-in was supposed to start at 3 pm. We were told our room was not ready. The person at the desk said they would text housekeeping to see if a room was ready. We waited 45 minutes and nothing happened. She sat there like she didn't care. We asked and all she said was that she texted. My husband walked the halls until he found housekeeping and asked them. The rooms were ready. No big deal. Meanwhile, there were no towels at the pool. Guests said they had been there four days and never had towels at the pool or extra towels in their rooms. It was like they didn't do laundry. At the back door by the pool smelled strongly of natural gas. There were also strong smells of marijuana in and around the hotel. Very upsetting experience.

Check-in was easy, customer service was excellent.
