Absolutely wonderful. Only negative is the water pressure and heat weren't the greatest

No HOT WATER!!! WATER ORESSURE IS TERRIBLE. In three nights, room was not cleaned once. When I checked in, my room was missing cups, the shower soap was empty, and the conditioner was out. Shampoo was nearly out. Since there was little warm water and so little water pressure, the shower experience was terrible.

The only complaint is the water temp andflow when showering. The water was like ice. The front desk made the excise that there were too many people.

Nice overall place to stay

The room was fine the beds were great the only 2 negatives are / we booked a room with a sofa bed and that we did not have and there was no shampoo - other than that it was good

We were bummed out the hot tub was not working, and were not notified at check in or ahead of time. Beds were comfortable, nice and quiet even during a busy weekend.

Easy access, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff.

I was disappointed that the hot tub was not working. This seems to be a frequent issue with hotels in general.

There was an annoying noise in the bathroom all night

Only issue had was no information given that hot tub was closed.Staff were great extra kudos to the breakfast lady she and the fodd was excellent!

BEWARE this hotel will down grade your room without notice. We booked a large two queen bed suite with sofa bed and upon arrival we’re told our room was not available. We were put into a much smaller room, with king bed. We did not realize the switch and bait until we were upstairs and opened the room door. The tiny, NOT suite room room smelled musty, like wet dog and had stains in the carpet so disgusting we immediately went back down to the lobby. When approached the front staff was rude and argumentative. This scene occurred at 11:30 PM and resulted in re- packing our luggage into the car and leaving. Comments from staff warning we would not be refunded out room fee and $75 pet fee chased us out the door at midnight! Thankfully the Holiday Inn across the parking lot was available and helped us get settled into a beautiful clean, two queen bed suite for less $, free snacks and water bottles and lovely breakfast the next morning. Recommend avoiding this disaster of a hotel at all costs.

One night stay with dog - most expensive pet deposit ($75) I have ever encountered. Room was nice, shower needed work - caulk over black and corner step was falling off. Bed was hard as a rock and was noisy until 2:00am.

The parking was great. Didn't see the street sign where we were to turn at first.

Everything was really great, except the hot tub wasn’t working, it was really hot in the pool area and the pool area needed some upgrades. Our room, the staff and the breakfast were excellent. Overall a really nice place to stay. We enjoyed it.

The stay was the worst I have ever had. there was suppose to be a hot tub but it's been down for 2 years the pool had a lot of dirt in it. There was water damage in the bathroom in room 211. And a hole in the ceiling on the first floor before you got on the elevator
