The staff was always friendly and helpful above and beyond. The room was nice.

WiFi wouldn’t work.

Front desk staff was great, tho she seemed to be the only one here on a busy Friday night. Pool is pretty as well as the water view. I liked the beds and pillows. The train whistle was my least favorite part as I heard it multiple times in the night.

Room is spacious and clean. Very helpful staff.

The beds were EXTREMELY HARD & UNCOMFORTABLE. The pillows were too small and flat. I didn’t sleep well and my back still hurts. There were stains in the carpet, wholes in the walls of the bathroom, and the lighting was EXTREMELY POOR! I won’t be back nor recommend.

Very nice stay, only slept there because we had events but clean and quiet.

Our room door was difficult to open

We stayed here for a weekend to visit the Napa Valley and the location was beautiful. The room was clean and spacious. We loved everything about it. Breakfast was a plus however it got busy and items were running out faster than they could be replaced. But only a slight bump in the overall excellent experience.

Stay was excellent! The front desk lady was so helpful and allowed us to check in early so we didn’t have to keep our luggage in the car at La Onda. Everything was clean and the breakfast was Hilton standard except they also offered fresh mini waffles not just the giant one.

The room was nice but the people going in and out and surrounding area was a little sketchy.

Staff was super friendly, allowed us to check in early and helped us with any questions or needs that we had during our stay.

Clean rooms. Convenient location for me and my mother traveling. Only frustrating thing is they lock the front automatic doors from about 7:30pm until about 8am and not even your room key gets you in. I had to bang on the front door two separate occasions and the second time another guest had to get them to let me in. I’ve been in MUCH worse areas, all over the country and I assure you that it was not necessary to have the doors locked for so many hours.

The property could use some updating. The hotel staff is very nice.

The shower in the room was very hard to figure out and the entry door self closing hardware was broken. Overall it was a nice place. Would probably stay there again.

Very clean nice view of the water

I booked the King suite with water view and fireplace. The view and balcony were nice. The mirrored closet doors were broken and the fireplace is also broken and inoperable. We asked for a discount because that was the reason we booked the room. They denied that request and said that it says that on the website (which it does not). Considering the features of the room aren't truly there, they should be discounting this room.

Hotel room was clean. The toilet was broken. Soap dispenser in tub was full but pump was broken

This place is not a waterfront property. It is conveniently located near the freeway, so easy access to whatever your needs are. But this is not a waterfront property.
