We found the room to be dated and aging. On top of that it was under-staffed and the Chicane restaurant had more than half of the menu items unavailable, things that should have been addressed ahead of time, especially within peak holiday times.

The bed was very soft. When you tried to sleep the body angled so badly it was not possible to sleep in it.

When we arrived it was earlier than we thought but the lovely lady on the desk found a room for us to get in straight away which was fantastic. It was a nice room which was nice and clean and would be fantastic to be there during Bathurst racing.

Room was spotless and huge also with a great balcony view of the track

Sadly the bed was terribly uncomfortable, old and sagging in the middle which caused immense back pain. Furnishing are also very out of date.

Staff were amazing and so is the room. Maybe just make sure the glassware has been cleaned properly. One of our glasses was dirty

Friendly, fabulous staff. The girl on the front desk was really nice and the room staff were too (setting up a sofa bed)

Pillows were very very bad. Bed very soft but ok. Shower leaked all night. Woke us up every hour

Dinner was not up to rushed standard got wagyu steak and was not cooked evenly and was extremely chewy and left most of it on plate and staff just looked at it and took it away did not even ask why we didn’t eat it

Room was not cleaned properly - tiles were sticky and toilet bowl not as clean as should be. Car park spaces were far too narrow given that more than half the cars are SUV or 4WD's. Door dints are almost guaranteed.
