A great location with nice space in the Queen suite we stayed in.

Had some trouble with the TV, as well as a high-pitched droning sound in the (fairly small) room. Called the front desk, and was unable to get through to anyone at all after repeated calls. That being said, the room itself was clean and well appointed and all staff that we did interact with were friendly and helpful. Not a terrible experiene but for pretty premium prices it was a bit of a disappointment. FYI - soft beds.

This was the perfect hotel for us. The services were very good. The AC worked very well, both in temperature control and speed. The previous hotel had a one speed fan, high and very noisy. So this was a huge relief. The comfort made up for the aging of the carpet and furniture. No biggy for me.

Sound of ambulance outside all night will disturb your sleep

There is sound of ambulance or fire brigade all night so be prepared for that to disturb your sleep. Overall no concerns for the hotel

Excellent downtown location!

In addition to the hotel being excellent it was an easy, short walking distance to everywhere in town.

There were no ammenities really here. Was asked on how those were. Just ok I guess. I did not like the check out lady today at 820 am Fri, May 29. Non caring and just uppity. I only had a couple questions and she was so snooty. I Google reviewed that aspect. Not used to snooty ever I guess. One time in Vernon I got a snoot and she was let go. I stay at a lot of places and most appreciate me. I am quiet and clean AND RESPECTFUL...what more does one want in a guest??? Had a very long and tough day that day before too so this will always be remembered now and it did not sit well with me! If you cannot just engage and just not be snotty and if one cannot just be nice...find another job!

A very comfortable stay in a clean and well presented room. Off site parking was very close, but secure. I will return !

Front desk staff were always positive and ready to be helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable and a welcome respite after each day of walking around and exploring Victoria.

Wonderful location in the heart of all Victoria has to offer. Clean rooms with lovely views.

Good location, safe and walkable. Our room had non functioning hair dryer and barely functioning phone. It took 4 requests and 24 hours to have hair dryer replaced (which seems ridiculous !) and phone never addressed. I wish they provided breakfast or discount at nearby restaurant. Fruit bowl and coffee/tea isn’t good enough.

Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable and pillows and sheets of a good quality. Washroom was spacious and clean. Floor was a bit creepy and some traffic noise from the street. Overall very nice hotel and staff were great.

Great hotel! Good location in the downtown core. The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. The staff were always super helpful and polite. Parking for guests is off-site but its secure and safe.

The hotel is quaint clean, and the staff exceptionally friendly. We have stayed here before and we will stay here again.
