In general, it is a very nice facility. It was a bit warmer than usual in the time I visited the city and the rooms are not air conditioned. In most of the time, this should not be a big challenge, as opening the windows would help.

Personalen var fantastisk, de gjorde verkligen allt för att göra vår vistelse så bekväm som möjligt! Rummen är enkla men bra. Sängarna var sköna. Frukosten har bra utbud inklusive glutenfria alternativ. Väldigt lätt att ta sig både in till Zurich city och flygplatsen. Det enda negativa är att rummen saknar AC så det blir oerhört varmt på sommarmånaderna.

Unprofessional staff when checking in. The hotel is made up of more than one building and I was in a building with no lift. I am not sure how this works for people with a lot of luggage.

20 min med rälsbuss till centrum eller flygplats. Bra läge om man ska på konsert i The Hall. Restaurangen var toppen, god mat och bra service.
