The best of this hotel is the location because is inside a national park, the rest was poor, the hotel is not well maintained, checking in took like an hour with a lot of people waiting. Food was ok but even though they are inside a ecological national park, they use lots of plastic for everything, which is terrible for the environment . I wouldn’t come back.

Nothing, it was a terrible experience would not recommend Food was awful. The buffet was limited as well. We got there at 12.00 pm. We were traveling for 10 hrs 2 planes and wanted to take a shower. Was told that the rooms are not ready,but I could get one for $17.00 per hour. We waited 3 hrs for the room. We had no wash clothes for 2 days even after requesting one.

Review of Summit Rainforest & Golf Resort, Panama Overall, our experience at Summit Rainforest & Golf Resort in Panama was good, and the property itself is absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking, the grounds are peaceful, and we felt safe throughout our stay. There was a visible security presence, and we also saw police in and around the property, which added to our sense of comfort. My children enjoyed the pool, and we also enjoyed the butterfly tour, which was a lovely experience. However, we did experience some challenges at the beginning of our stay. Our first room had issues with the air conditioning, which would not stay on properly and seemed to cause a lot of condensation on the floor. We reported the issue, and although someone was sent to address it, the problem continued the following night. We also had difficulty getting assistance from the room because the telephone was not working, so we had to go downstairs to speak with the front desk directly. At one point, we were told that the issue may have been caused by the balcony door being opened, but we had not opened the balcony door at all. The hotel did offer to move us to another room, but when we viewed that room, we noticed what appeared to be a mold issue. Additionally, the closet light in that room would not turn off unless the breaker was turned off, which would have made it difficult to sleep in complete darkness. Because of those concerns, we

Excellent service. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Lucia at the check in counter always with a smile. The chef at the breakfast omelet station, the servers at the restaurant very attentive, greeting you with a smile. Definitely a great place to stay!!

We booked this stay as a bit of an adventure and it turned out to be a very fun stay. We had planned a few activities but were caught in a great storm which dumped a lot of rain which in itself was something to see if your not from this region. A pleasant surprise I did not notice at first is that it is all inclusive which made it even more affordable.

Sehr schön gelegen und gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Frühstück ist okay. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit. Man kann von dort aus sehr schöne Ausflüge machen. Was für uns sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig war, wenn man am Pool Handtücher bekommen möchte, muss man den Reisepass oder die Cédula hinterlegen. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Vielleicht könnten im Zimmer mehr Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Sonst ist es empfehlenswert.

Summit Rainforest Golf Resort was a beautiful well run hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was an excellent amenity. Great hotel!

Loved this hotel/golf course nestled in the forest with an beautiful wildlife! Buffet meals were delicious and all staff very accommodating and professional!

Property claims to be an all inclusive Hotel. This is to say the least a misrepresentation. The food offered is below the quality of a soup kitchen food. Way below. They know it. In fact in the same establishment and attached to their buffet room is a paid menu restaurant, to which you after looking at the type of food offered for free, you levitate to and pay full price for listed dishes.Which by the way are barely better than the buffet. Talking about free drinks: sodas yes, 4 listed alcoholic drinks with a sniff of alcohol and a ton of sugar mix in it. Perfect for a perpetuation of Diabetes illness. If you are a golfing apasionado you will find a bad maintained, small gold course. Other than that, the place offered nothing else than two poorly cleaned pools.

Reserve con tiempo y cuando llegamos dijeron que habían tenido algún inconveniente y que me cambiarían de hotel supuestamente a uno de igual o mejor categoría, al que me Movieron era más barato y el trato del summit terrible, dos horas para resolver y hacer check in, no lo recomiendo, te ofrecen el cielo y la tierra pero te dejan viendo estrellas. Terrible

Great value. Beautiful grounds, there was lots of birds and wildlife.

The check-in process was not ideal. Being road weary we wanted to go to our room, but it wasn't ready so they offered us a tour of the butterfly garden. We accepted, but we were not told it would take over an hour with a subpar tour guide. Finally getting to our room we readied for the pool. Asking for towels they said I needed to hand over my ID or passport (which was in my room), dripping wet they would not accommodate. I wish they told us at check-in that they are weird about the towels. They told me to go to my room for ID and/or the room towels. Returning to my room, I found we had no bath towels either. Not impressed with this element of the stay. Food was decent, staff speaks little English and were not attentive, breakfast was good.
