The hotel is 5-stars and its condition is excellent. For me, the room quality is the most important and this hotel didn't disappoint. The airport is located close to the hotel but the rooms are superbly sound proofed. The hotel staff are excellent, despite a slight language barrier at times. What wasn't great and the reason I score the hotel as average is the price of food and drinks. This is extortionate and all I was prepared to pay for was the breakfast at a daily rate of over £ 30 a head. The lunch was priced at £50 a head. I did discover a cafe selling pastries as well as slightly cheaper restaurant, but these prices are nuts and I refuse to pay. The hotel bar closed at 21:30 which was puzzling. There are no local cafes and restaurants closely. The closest you have is the Lotte Mall, which is walkable and cheap taxi ride. Lots of good food there, including terrific Italian and Indian. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay again. Next time I'll stay at the Lotte Hotel or the Mercure. Sorry Mayfield. You're great but you need to review your food and drink prices.

객실관리 및 직원 친절도 모두 매우 만족입니다

This hotel is a hidden treasure. A truely magical place with it's own Buddist garden to explore and beautiful grounds, courtyard and their restaurant is exemplary. The hotel grounds are beautiful as are the spacious rooms. I cannot say enough about the staff. Without a doubt, the friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Just a short ride from Gimpo, the Lotte mall is just down the road a bit and is a great place to explore. And a short Uber ride from the downtown are. We are booking our next trip to Korea in May 2027, and will most definitely be staying with the great folks at Mayfield. We are looking forward to staying with them again.

Every staff who I met were so kind and nice. Spacious hotel space, clean and cozy room. Also swimming pool was good.

⸻ Jeg havde et rigtig, rigtig fint ophold på hotellet. Allerede ved ankomsten blev jeg mødt af de sødeste og mest imødekommende medarbejdere, som stod udenfor og tog imod gæsterne og hjalp med taxa – det gav virkelig en følelse af at være velkommen. Personalet generelt var utrolig venlige og hjælpsomme, og rengøringspersonalet var også rigtig søde og gjorde et godt stykke arbejde. Der var en lille smule sprogbarriere i receptionen, men det påvirkede ikke den samlede oplevelse. Alt i alt var det en skøn oplevelse, og jeg vil helt klart anbefale hotellet til andre.
