Another superb Parador hotel - the third this holiday. The staff were delightful, the room had a marvellous view over the pedestrian bridge leading into town. Parking was nearly a problem as there are only 10 places available (with a further 2 if you count two cars parking in one disabled slot!). However, we were fortunate to find one empty slot when we arrived. There is additional parking available at 25 euros a day next to the Parador. The walk into town is very easy - just a few minutes across the pedestrian bridge (hope you like heights!). Driving through Cuenca ‘new town’ was horrendous - we were glad to be above the ‘new town’ in our lovely Parador.

Hotel excelente, equipe atenciosa . Apenas uma sugestão, podia oferecer mais itens de toalete. Cotonetes, touca pra cabelo por exemplo.

Fabulous update to a suite - the hotel itself is outstanding but is let down by the chaotic parking arrangements and lack of sufficient number of staff on front desk. The breakfast was good but a bit pricey compared to other parador establishments.

Was my Paradores experience and it was fantastic. Everything was perfect from the food, room, location and serve. Highly recommended.

El Parador de Cuenca es la mejor opción para aprovechar una visita corta al centro histórico de dicha ciudad. Tiene unas vistas maravillosas del puente, las casas colgantes y el valle.

A beautiful property and great location, with the best view of the hanging houses and Cuenca. The room was spacious and comfortable. I’m just rating the property as OK due to the rude receptionist that checked us in. She seemed very unwilling to do her job that she has paid to do. Fortunately, the gentleman working with her was pleasant.

The room was clean, huge and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast delicious.

It is a unique hotel converted from a former monastery. The staff were very kind, and the view from the window was beautiful, making it a truly lovely place to stay. There are few staff, so guests need to handle their own luggage, but it was not a problem for us. The hotel is clean, the room was spacious, and despite being a historic monastery building, the shower was comfortable and we were very satisfied. The restaurant inside the hotel was also clean and the food was very good.

Absolutely gorgeous, and very relaxing to simply stroll about in.

Bathroom and toilet floor covered with somebody’s hair - unacceptable. For the hotel of that level - disgusting! Very bad parking set up - few cars can park for free the rest will be charged eur 25.

Restaurant food not very good and older staff seemed disinterested in doing their job.
